Very unsafe! Paying parking and they’re not responsible if anything happens to your car, fire alarm going off at 4:30am, no sense of emergency from staff. We were left unattended. Didn’t get a good rest. My purpose of the stay was to get leave the family house and get enough rest. During the second night, the fire alarm went off on us in the middle of our sleep. Mind you we so not smoke, our devices weren’t plugged. Instead of the staff to ensure we are moved to a safer place. She took her whole time.. didn’t get us another room until I asked when the fire fighters came on. This was a very bad experience. The shock to wake up from sleep seeing sparkles and hearing an alarm kept me for the rest of the night and worried through out. We were finally moved to another room with dirty bathroom.

Property was very nice and kept up well. Staff were friendly and the location was great!

The bistro was closed randomly for the weekend so no food or coffee available in the hotel that already doesn't serve free breakfast. Our sink tap water smelled horrible, like rotting sewage. We were woken up at 11pm by a random fire alarm going off next door that took a long time to get addressed. My husband had to go downstairs and ask for someone to come help shut it off. Also probably the only 3 star hotel I've ever been in that charges for parking. It was a nice hotel but will probably not stay there again.

Location of site was awesome. Also, there's good coffee place around there. And access to pharmacies and shopping centers was easy ~ 3miles from there. The place was super clean and had no problems.

The parking spaces are a bit narrow.

I did not have the breakfast

room was for 2 nights. coffee was there only for 1 night. I understand no clean towels and linen for 2 days, but straightening the room would have been nice. No lotion or shower cap. No coffee or ice water in reception area. Light above coffee machine not working. View was good , bed was comfortable, shower was good. Reception clerk (Initials on receipt MPP)was excellent, friendly, great smile, courteous, professional
