First room assignment thermostat didn't work, 2nd room assignment was for disabled persons stay

El desayuno es muy malo. Siempre lo mismo y nada bueno . Les sugiero usar huevo verdadero y más variedad de complementos. Es lo único malo

It was clean and well located

Breakfast was awful. Juice machine was blocked, so no beverages were offered. Desk staff were not helpful at all.

Location and friendly staff

The toilet needed to be fixed as I was having a hard time flushing

the size of the room, it was clean it was quiet. the breakfast was good

the TV didn't work at first and it was difficult to get it to work at first until I realized the cable was plucked in.

The Breakfast was good . And the varieties you offered were great.

I did not realized that you charged for daily parking. I think you charged $4,19 a day. For me being a disabled American Veteran using disabled parking. By law your hotel are required to provide disabled parking. I observed people parking in your hotel parking, but registered at your Hotel.

Staff was very friendly. Price was great. Quality was beyond what I expected.

I liked the location. It was very comfortable.

Usually whenever I go to a hotel it is stocked up with at least 1 extra role of toilet paper and at out room we had half a role and no extra toilet paper. Other than that it was good.

Clean

The hotel charges Parking Fee and they don't tell you the charge when you check in. In addition, you cannot find any statement for this in Booking.com either.

Nice & affordable

Housekeeping never came to clean our rooms. We had to go get trash bags to put all our trash and we had to go ask for towel to take showers.

Breakfast was not good wasn’t tasty

The location was nice and convenient because it was close to a lot of things. Breakfast was ok. Good variety. Front desk staff was nice.

The room was warm. A/C wasn't cooling enough and even though I brought my own personal fan, I would still sweat. It wasn't unbearable but would've been way worse without my fan. Restroom sliding barn door is a bad idea. My daughter and wife didn't feel comfortable or felt they didn't have adequate privacy in the restroom. Ice machine on our floor didnt work and had to go either to the floor above or below for ice. The breakfast potatoes were undercooked.
