The inside of the hotel is really nice. Just as a heads up, if you don’t pay attention like me, you need your card to use the elevator. I was scared I was stuck at first.

USE THE VALET IF YOU CAN!!!! I parked in the back and someone broke into my car and tried to hotwire it so they can steal it. Luckily they didn’t succeed, but I had to get my car towed home. The police will just tell you to write a statement, but they will not come, so that was super great.

breakfast included was fine , good location downtown so easy to walk most places but not at night as there are homeless people around , we never got bother, but we did not want to chance it at night

Breakfast was tasty, room was clean, it was quiet and peaceful which allowed me to relax a lot.

The hotel was very clean, well appointed, and close to lots of dining and entertainment options in downtown.

Parking was a hassle. There was no visible signs about where to park, so I had to drive around while looking for the hotel phone number so I could inquire about where to park. Unfortunately, when I got back around the block to the front of the building, there were so many cars waiting for valet that I had to keep circling the block to avoid blocking traffic. Once I was finally able to get parked and retrieve my car upon checkout, I was charged twice the amount I was told I would pay ($29 quoted but I paid $59). I probably wouldn’t stay here again because the parking was so aggravating and outrageous considering I was there for less than 15 hours.

they never clean the room, even if you request Rome service. mechanical equipment near the room make imposible to sleep at night. average breakfast. on the checkout day, room service where calling the door since very early requesting me to leave.

Helpful staff. Cleanliness exceptional. Although the breakfast looked very much like canteen help yourself food, it was adequate wholesome with a good choice of fresh fruit. Cereals, waffles, muffins, different breads, yogurts and cooked breakfast.

Shame it was plastic cutlery and paper plates. Aftermath of Covid!

The location of the hotel is in the middle of downtown and the offices. Beds were very comfortable.

Did not appreciate that this was a "credit card only" hotel. If they do not accept cash transactions it should be made clear on their website. The room was feeling cramped because it has a long passage from doorway to the main bed area and makes the bedroom area feel very cramped and small.

We loved the hotel property. The room was very big and had everything we needed. The queen suite was very nice.

The property has no parking. You have to pay for valet parking. They kept charging me twice a day for parking. It was a mess!

I love how spacious the room was and everything about it.

I didn't like the parking situation I think I spent more money on valet parking and tips. I'm the type of person that would like to come and go several times in a day and not have to pay each time to receive my car.

The staff was amazing. The staff would be my reason for coming back. Helpful, professional, friendly, absolutely wonderful.

Only some outlets worked. Didn’t get the room expected. No exhaust in the bathroom to remove steam when showering. Breakfast was good, would like more fruit and non-pork meat options.

I liked the fact that the property had breakfast included. The towels were rough and gave me a rash on the neck. They just need to get better ones. We had to move rooms later in the day when we discovered there was a big dog next door and his bark was loud. I believe we should have been told that when we checked in and we would have waited on another room if we needed to. I liked that they were able to take care of the situation and move us to another floor. Overall it was a good stay.

The harsh towels.

The property was beautiful, but did not like having to leave our vehicle a block away in an open parking lot.

We were told it wasn't safe to go out after midnight. The next day, we asked if it was okay to walk .5 miles to our booked entertainment and were told that we probably should get an uber because of the homeless.

The free breakfast, the security (elevator didn't work without scanning your room key) the pool, proximity to eating places, Starbucks on the premises

The $50 damage fee holding charge was PER DAY and this wasn't indicated on the confirmation email from Booking.com, couldn't apply my AARP Hilton discount because I booked through Booking.com, bathroom could use a regular size towel rack

This is valet only and that will charge you $50 before the tip, you have to request the car via text 10 mins before you need it. Don’t forget anything in the car
