Bed was uncomfortable, shower looked horrible so refused to use it

There was a used condom on the ground in our room and an old four loko can next to the chair in the room

Property a little run down outside. Room smelled really bad. Indoor swimming Pool water was really dirty

Nothing, our room had a nasty odor as soon as we opened the door. When I reported this to the clerk I was offered room spray. The bed spreads were dirty, the air conditioner unit sounded like a truck was coming through the window. The breakfast offered was VERY limited. When I asked to have some type of refund, I would have to wait for manager that came in at 11:30am.

Smelly room, questionable cleanliness, lack of concern to accommodate the problems.

I liked my room. It was clean and comfortable. The options for breakfast were nice for a free breakfast. My tv was big and had a pot of channel options. I liked that they had a pool. I liked that the pool was warm unfortunately the hot tub was broken so it was not. The staff was not very attentive or friendly.

I didnt like that my sister who traveled with me, her room was said to have been paid for ahead of time but was not ready when we arrived after the check in time. They had the time to have it ready but it was not. In fact it was cracked open and had things in it as if someone was still in it or they were cleaning it. When she went down to let them know they talked about her in front of her as if she went up there to dirty it and complain. They gave her a new room but she said it did not look or smell as clean as mine. The pool was warm but very dirty.

linens seemed clean

the alarm clock was buzzing so I unplugged it and the cord was so sticky. the walls were gross and had purple stuff dripping down in the bathroom. other nasty drops on other walls.
