Friendly staff and very cute beach motel. The pool was so nice.

The vibes of the owners were very cool and very welcomimg to me and my girlfriend, and the location of the motel it within walking distance to great bars and restaurants I would definitely be coming back to this hotel soon !

The unit was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful and the pool was beautifully Kept very nice and heated. I will visit again and highly recommend.

Finding it

It turns out to be a very old motel. The website shows a much bigger and nicer place than what is really is, especially the pool area and 'courtyard'. The reviews are way over rated. I realize that this is high season, but nearly $250 per night, with very basic amenities, is very poor value for the money.

We had great reception apron our arrival by owners of the Resort. They were very accommodating to any of our requests for any necessities we needed during our stay.

There is nothing we did not enjoy about our stay the Blind Pass Resort.

Parking is inadequate for the facility. We felt leaving our car park on the outer side street left it very vulnerable for theft. Understanding that most hotels have their own parking lot, it has a much more secure sense. We where there for a band gig and most equipment had to be left in the car. Also, the place is old and needs to be updated for the price they charge.

The owner/staff was very pleasant. The hotel did have a pool (which we did not use due to time) and the front office did offer pool towels if needed.

We were very disappointed with the condition of the room and quality of the bed. We feel bad to leave a negative review, but some attention needs to be given to rooms at this hotel. The bathroom does need attention. There was black mold in the caulking around the top edge of the tub and the water never go hot....warm only. The bottom of the bathroom door on the inside was coming unbounded. The bed was very firm (which we understand why hotel/motels use them), but this one well over due for replacement.
