I liked the brand names of Kleenex, Green Mountain coffee, and Dove toiletries.

The AC unit was loud when it would kick on.

Right off the interstate. Within walking distance of some restaurants. Good breakfast.

The pool wasn’t heated. Lots of odd and loud noises in the room especially while sleeping at night. The first room they gave us had a leaky sink.

we had a leak on our floor. they were quick to change our rooms. the breakfast was great. best i have had in a while. close to everything.

no complaints. everyone that i ran across were great.

The facilities were in very good condition.The man who checked us in also took VERY good care of us when the a/c started having problems in our room. He also provided tooth brushes and tooth paste when we realized we forgot to bring ours. He was very courteous, gracious, and knowledgeable. And they did a great job with the breakfast they provided.

It was a very good stay all around.

Charge for dog too much. We understood dog was $15/night with $50 refundable deposit. $50 was not refundable. We would have stayed somewhere else.

That I couldn’t pay for the room when I got there.

It was convient and quick to check in and out.

The continental breakfast that was supposed to be provided was not. I had to take my 3 children to get something to eat elsewhere after being told the night before it would be there from 6 to 930.

The breakfast was fine. We were near family. When we told the staff about the shower overflowing they gave us a different room.

My car was keyed all the way around on the Saturday night in the parking lot and the manager was not on duty to see the tapes from the cameras on the building.

Some guests were kinda noisy overnight in the hallway.

I did not eat breakfast. Interstate construction and Bear Creek entrance were dangerous.

Hotel showed its age. Lobby was not clean. A little mold was in tub.
