Great location, easy to find. So easy to check in as we got a text with the door code! Spoke with the new owners who are going to do a total overhaul. What a great guy!

The location

We were unable to sleep in the room. There were ants on the floor, and even some on the sheets. The room air conditioner reeked of mildew. The filter was black. Needless to say, we didn’t stay in the room. We slept in our car. We tried to contact the office repeatedly by calling the emergency number on the hotel office door, and ringing the bell. No answer. We wanted to simply discuss the issue and ask for a partial refund for not staying in the room. We couldn’t even checkout at 10 am. No one was there. I locked the key in the hotel room. I know she can get in when the door is locked because she had to bring us towels after we left because they weren’t ready. We never received a copy of the bill. She took my credit card number. I had to cancel my card when a fraudulent charge was made today.

Heat was not working in the room, I booked 2 double bed for 2 people but got only 1 double bed, soap was not available

Some of the sheets/blankets had stains and so did the carpet but not because they were dirty; simply some stains which did not effect their functionality

First off, amazing staff. She was able to accommodate some miscommunications with the booking and handled the situation very well and thoughtfully. The location was perfect for exploring the Saratoga / Wilton area but out of the way enough so it didnt feel too busy. We stayed in room 103, it was simple and clean, more than enough to act as a home base for some hiking and exploring in the area!

9/10 overall, just a few small things just to keep in mind to make your stay the best. The room we were in did not have a garbage bin/bags so we just picked a couple up and the room only had 1 toilet paper roll(Im sure the office would've given us some if needed). The room was 90% clean but just showed its age a little, nothing that was super noticeable. Linins and towels were clean and smelled nice along with fresh soap bars and shampoo in the shower.

Was not opened, we had to find something else somewhere. Booking.com should have known it was not operating

It was a nice place until the shower backed up. I was promised a refund and did not get it. had to spend significantly more to get another place.

they re crooks. made reservation for a room and they showed available online but when I got there they had no room available and they still charged my card . it s been 2 months already going back and forth with Booking. com and the woman in charge of the motel doesn’t even answer my calls .

Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and accommodating, only thing I did not care for was the smell of pot in the office, I wished there were some hooks on the bathroom door. The refrigerator and microwave were very handy. The location to downtown and other shopping was very close, the breakfast sandwich was very good.

Noisy fridge totally iced up. Poor shower. We were given vouchers for a breakfast roll and coffee at the deli next door as our room rate included breakfast. The deli was closed all weekend so we paid for a breakfast we didn't get.
