We liked the view and location.

I did not like the fact I felt like I was treated like a criminal by your manager for security! I accidentally forgot my ID, but did not discover that until 10 hours into a 18 hour road trip, that night everything was already closed so I sent a email and called the booking phone number as soon as I could the next morning when they were available, and they stated it did not state I needed my ID anywhere, or I would have turned around and drove an additional 20 hours! I previously paid my bill and parking in full! Your security manager made me feel awful and like I was committed some crime!!!! I already felt bad about it and the only reason he needed my ID was for a huge metal luggage rack to move luggage from my vehicle to the room and there wasn't even a fee! What was I going to do steal the cart that was as large as my car! I do not know why he had to treat me in such a way!!! It was complete accident forgetting it! It was not only embarrassing but insulting, especially standing in front of other guests and his coworkers while he did this!! I hope someone makes him feel like I did after driving 18 hours alone as a single mom finally getting to our Vacation to be treated as poorly as he treated me, it definitely was not something I expected from a resort that I payed so much for! Now to mention I called and messaged the company too! I am very upset and disappointed, and this happened every time I tried to use a cart! I only get one vacation a year if I am lucky, and as far as I am concerned he ruined my trip! Not to mention I tried avoiding him whenever I saw walking through the resort! I feel very discouraged to ever book with your company ever again and I will not recommend anyone else to be treated this way!

I like the location and the beach was nice. The pool areas were clean. Check in was easy. Check out was easy and did not require much cleaning.

The room is outdated. The furniture had many holes and tears, and the rugs in the kitchen and living room need to be replaced. Also, the tv is outdated and it was very hard to watch Netflix because the roku device is outdated. Overall it was a good stay though. However, it would be more comfortable if these things were updated.

Convenience of everything there and being close by other attractions. Multiple pools available and easy to rent umbrellas.

Nothing really. Elevators maybe but it was expected with how busy it was.
