Location

Everything else. Thermostat was beer lock and key and set to 72 on a July night n a home share. By 9 people. Told not to open patio doors; probably because they won’t slide and door handles are broken. Kitchen cabinet doors - one broken and others don’t have knobs making them hard to open. No dish washer. Site said washer but there wasn’t one. No towels at all. Floors are not level and parts are soft and if you could fall through. There is a furnace grate in the middle of the hall. Blankets and sheets were awful and scratchy. Curtains were in poor taste and provided no privacy n evening or when sleeping.

The location so close to the beach

No towels or wash clothes, ac on 72, the unit was too hot. Paying extra to park in the back of the unit.

No food came with the house. We brought our own. Or went out to breakfast.

Everything was great. The house was clean. My friends and I had a really great week.

location and the size

We liked The ocean.

We didn't like apartment,. if it were possible we would have slept on the beach because of the condition of the property. The property condition was unacceptable. It was a total waste of money staying there!

Large and not located too far from the boardwalk. Also close to the beach.

The place is literally falling apart. Blinds are ripped where they exist some windows have them some don’t. The floor is warped and unleveled. Walls have paint chipping and peeling off of them. Ants!!! No toilet paper or towels Sliding glass doors don’t work and if you unlock you need someone to push it all the way closed from outside to lock it. If someone is staying upstairs you hear every step/noise they make and the whole house moves.

Great place if you’re 20! Worked for last minute.
