No television service for last 2 days No room maid service last 2 days Charged me for parking for 4 days when I had no car, after telling 2 employees that I had no car. The 3rd one finally made the correction Breakfast was horrible. I did not get what I ordered, I just gave up.

Food available in dining area, staff is very helpful and very friendly (even cleaning staff smiles at you). The older African American gentleman who checked me in was very kind and pleasant. He was very professional and speaks with a calming and professional voice. His appearance was very respectable. This single interaction when checking in set the tone for my stay. I was pleased and felt like he personally took the quality of the hotel up a notch. He’s someone I would imagine working at a 5 star hotel and I felt like I was at a 5 star hotel. I can’t tell you enough how much better this stay was than the last stay I had this time last year.

The nooks and crannies of the room were not cleaned regularly. I had to look for something in my room that I lost and the floor between the bed and night stands were not cleaned. No robes provided. Mattress has indentations where you sleep from lots of use and should be replaced.

The location, the Whirlpool was nice, no one was there when we used it. Awesome!

Room not cleaned, no trash liners, maraquana container left, light fixture broken, no continental breakfast when the cost of motel was $510.00 for 2 nights. Next time I will go to motel 6 and forget the Whirlpool.

From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the bartender; the entire staff was super friendly and accommodating.

I paid for underground parking, but my car was burgled anyway. Manager was going to call after reviewing cameras, but I didn’t see cameras in the parking area nor did we receive a call back.

Modern, clean and comfortable rooms.

Crime rate in Everett is high, staff recommended parking in their garage or keeping “tempting items” out of sight if we park on the street.

Close to event we were attending, very clean, safety measures were excellent, staff was friendly and helpful.

Pillows were all very flat, like them to have more options since there were 4 on our king bed.

Staff was amazing.

I don’t like that it was right next to the police department and courthouse. Lots of homeless people around when we were checking in. Glad my husband and son was with me. If I were traveling alone I would not feel safe. I also didn’t like the restaurant does not stay open late. Even with their listers operating hours they were still closed earlier than listed.

close the the freeway and the drive to Seattle was easy. plus garage parking so my car was safe.

parking charge for the garage if you stay at the hotel should be free.

Very clean and well run hotel.Breakfasts were great.

The view is nice. The pool and hottub were fun.

I always love coming to this place. It's conveniently located in downtown and it's super comfortable
