North Texas Adventure Ladies stayed here for our annual adventure retreat. I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews but very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The condo was very clean and pretty spacious. The beds were comfortable except for the sofa couch. It’s not terrible but not great to sleep on for a week. Also, the bunk beds are not meant for adults. Not the fault of the condo owners just keep that in mind when looking at the number of beds in the condo. The balcony overlooked the pool with beach behind on one side and the other corner faces the road. The beach and water just beautiful!!! There is beach service and you can rent chairs/umbrellas. The kids working really work hard and were very friendly! There are some chairs and beach equipment to share also in the condo. There is only 1 elevator. It was not working one evening but other than that never had to wait long. Our group is growing so won’t stay here next year but it’s perfect for a couple families traveling with kids. We forgot to take photos of the inside of the condo but it does look just like the description. You will love the entire area! The condo was nicely decorated with a nice view of the beach. There were beach things (umbrellas, chairs, sun cover, etc.) in one of the closets for our use. The kitchen was well stocked but should have also had a Keurig coffee maker besides a regular drip coffee maker. The TV worked fine. The small refrigerator/ice maker in the bar area was a plus. Parking was good.

The sliding door handle in the living room was broken (was that way on arrival). One of the beds had sand on the sheets, which means the linen probably was not changed.

It was on the beach

The master bed was hard as a rock. The elevator did not work the whole time of our stay. Had to carry bags up three floors and and leaving down three floors. The sliding door to the patio was about to fall off.

It was a beautiful space. Very clean. Close to shopping and restaurants. We felt secure. No noise. It was a great place to stay. We loved it.

There was nothing we didn't like.
