It was clean, staff was helpful, breakfast was good

Ridiculous to market the room as being for 4 people. Pull out couch was joke and way too small for two people. Thin, horrendous, spring mattress. Staff was helpful in giving us extra comforters to help. Luckily my husband gallantly offered to sleep there and three of us slept together on king bed which thankfully was quite large. Fortunately this trip was with my immediate family. Otherwise we would have been in trouble.

The exterior is very appealing and the parking is sufficient. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was good. I liked the kitchenette area and the room layout.

The room seemed worn out and the floors were dirty, the mattress should be replaced and a curtain was missing. The wallpaper in the hallway was poorly patched making it look seedy. The road traffic was noisy but that's nothing the hotel is responsible for.

The curb appeal was lovely, the location was quiet and peaceful. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, informative, and courteous. The parking lot, hotel and suite was very neat and clean and presented a friendly atmosphere. I truly recommend and will visit again in the future!

There was, and is, nothing negative to say at all. It was a great experience!
