Absolutely nothing!!!!

I didn’t like the fact the hotel wasn’t clean at all! The receptionist was very bland not friendly which was the first mistake with me proceeding to check in, he took about three to four minutes to become present! I’m not sure if he was asleep, on break or doing other duties. He gave me two papers stating the first one to sign acknowledging that there was absolutely no smoking in the rooms otherwise there’s a $250 fee and second form was the amount due and he proceeded to give me the room key. I then entered the door to get into the elevator which was filthy second red flag! The elevator hasn’t been cleaned in months, trash was on the floor, doors were filled with dirty spots where the workers didn’t bother to clean in months! I proceeded to go to my destinated floor and entered the room walked in the room was stink, refrigerator was rusted, trash on the counter kitchen, bed was filled with hair, no comforter on bed, tv extremely small! Wasn’t in the room more than thirty minutes asked the receptionist for a refund he stated it was non refundable after fifteen minutes! He proceeded to show me a form he didn’t present to me prior to checking in. I asked for the manager he stated they don’t work on weekends! He would write up my complaint and basically it wasn’t anything more he could do. I’ve been calling and expecting to get a return call from management I’ve yet to receive it! I highly will not recommend this MOTEL to anyone! I recommend them to shut down and clean the building thoroughly as soon as possible!

The cable tv was not working and the toilet was running over, disgusting. I should have reported to health inspector. The first room that she showed me, the tv cable wasn't working so she showed me another room, that tv wasn't working so I just settle for no tv but I learned later that night the toilet was running over. I wanted to leave. And the next morning, the office was closed and shut down. There was no one to tell about my experience. I would never recommend that place to anyone. My experience was terrible. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

The fact that they never called me before using my card and took 55.24 and ask me to leave the property and the manager and assistant manager all they do is lie and cover themselves I will never go back to that hotel again

the moment the door was open the lights flickered. I saw 5 cockroaches in total inside the room and bathroom. There were ants. The room was messy. The bed sheets weren’t clean. The bathroom was dirty.

There is nothing that I like about you, property other than the layout of the parking lot mainly because every day they were unable to give me a room

The fact that I made a reservation for a week and four days in a row they couldn’t provide a room but they were still able to charge me a cancellation fee because they were unable to complete the reservation. Why should I have to pay for that?
