Beautiful cabin. We loved the hot tub, pool table, rain shower, jacuzzi tub, kitchen, and proximity to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

They were doing construction on the cabin next door so the view outside the front of our cabin was not pretty.

The property is exactly how it’s pictured. The communication via email and text was phenomenal. My family of 7 enjoyed Snuggled Inn! No complaints

We enjoyed the location being close to everything and the openness of the cabin. Cozy for sure.

It was very dusty. Ceiling fans were way past a cleaning. Master bath shower had very little flow coming from the rain shower overhead. Kitchen utensils for cooking need replaced ( Spatula ). Kitchen knives were dull and dangerous to use for cutting anything other than air or butter. One of the rocking chairs outside was broken and posed a risk of injury to the untrained eye. A few lights were out (Ceiling fan in great room & 18ft shower next to the rain shower head). All these things are easy to fix and are more or less just recurring maintenance issues. We still enjoyed everything thoroughly and would stay again or recommend others too. It would be nice to have guest log so the previous guest could recommend places to see and places not to see. Maybe a Polaroid type camera so we could leave a selfie for an album of guest who have visited The Snuggled Inn.

Remote control had no batteries, main shower smelled like moe

Wonderful customer service and they followed up to see if we needed anything. The property was exactly as described and very nice and clean. Check-in was easy and it was ready early. It was good with young kids because there weren't a lot of breakables on display. We would definitely stay here again!
