The location, price and modern design.
The bathroom is very modern, but the inside handle for the shower, at the bottom is very sharp and can cut your hand, this could be a libility issue.

The size and decor (bright colors) of the room and bathroom. Having a microwave, coffee maker, ironing board, iron, and fridge in the room was convenient.
The corners of the room were very dusty. My room door was behind the vending machine… felt a little unsafe for a solo traveler. Not having breakfast. The lack of hooks (there was not a single one in the room/bathroom!)

Room wasn’t fully cleaned. Bed was uncomfortable. Area felt unsafe for my family and I.
I did not like that the room wasn’t fully cleaned. Shower towel was used, hair left on the walls, insufficient toiletries were provided.

Good location, convenient stores & food places near by, easy parking, simple fast check in/out, rooms look very modern, clean, friendly staff. 20 min away from Universal Studios. Better than I expected.

The room was clean, had a microwave, frig, coffee maker, the bed was good, it was located pretty close to old town Pasadena and the LA Arboretum that we went to, price was right

Surprise $100 deposit in person on top of prepaying on booking.com app. Fridge had no freezer. Shampoo dispenser was empty.
