We didnt like the lobby full of loud people. We couldn't hear the guy behind the desk. The people in the lobby running thru the halls making a bunch of noise.

the pool was closed without warning due to remodel.

when I got checked in and got to the room. the first thing I found looking around was a used cup and toy by one of the beds, and a cap to a water bottle by the air/heating unit. And when I went to take a shower the metal bar that’s usually in tubs was missing and when I closed the curtain there was black stains on the curtain. For this place having an 8.5/10 review. I wasn’t impressed. And this place also has a pool. and that’s the main reason why I booked this hotel. but when I was checking in also they had a sign on the window saying it was closed. would have been nice for that to be on the website so people know ahead of time. (I really wasn’t happy about that situation.) All pictures I posted were from the bathroom!

Check in and out was easy.

No continental breakfast. Pool closed for renovations but nothing noted on booking.com. one bed of our double room was dirty and quite obviously not changed, there was coffee on the duvet that was still like sticky/crunchy. Hot water ran out in 20 minutes in the shower.

Clean and comfortable and in easy walking distance to the town square. Great accommodation. I would stay here again. The indoor swimming pool is a real plus. I have stayed at this facility whenever in Centerville over the course of the last 30 years or so and it is as good or better than ever. Highly recommended.

- Front desk staff, while efficient, did not convey an air of welcoming hospitality and friendliness. - Like many hotels, the breakfast was all sugar and carbohydrates; no protein. Diabetics will need to eat breakfast elsewhere. - Some minor maintenance issues such as water damage to the floor and wall around the bathtub and a non-functional lock on an exterior entry door. All minor issues.

The motel was a few miles from our ultimate location.

1: The room smelled like smoke. 2: The Bathtub was in disrepair and the tub was not safe to take a bath in. 3: The manager, while professional, was not friendly or welcoming.

Great stay, clean room, very nice people running the motel.
