The price is outrageous!!! The price goes up by over $200 per night for weekends. That’s just gouging!!! Bonvoy members don’t get any kind of discount either.

The property was nice, the rooms were comfortable.
Reservations and billing were a complete nightmare. The shower leaked all over the floor. I'm not a fan of the policy that maid service only happens after you leave.

I was very disappointed that breakfast was not included in the stay, not even coffee. However Starbucks coffee was very good.

Very nice hotel! We have stayed once before many years ago when it was first opened. They are doing a great job keeping the property looking brand new. The staff was amazingly friendly! Room was super clean & had beautiful furnishings. Great location also!

The location and the room was clean.
I reserved a king room months ago. When I checked in, I was told that I was switched to a queen room with no explanation. I will not be coming back to this hotel for this reason.

Beautiful facility and patio/pool area.
Coffe bar/ breakfast deli only open early morning. Unable to purchase items laater in day.

Just a great hotel from the loacation, staff, decor and the little touches made it a great place to stay in the Historic stock yards district.
