The only thing I liked about this property was the floor plan, it had a bathroom for every bedroom

we had a hot water issue, it was dirty, there was mold and mildew in the bathrooms, the shower curtain rods were rusted. I would not recommend

The layout of the facility was ok. When you walk in the front door, there are two bunk beds. There are also three other rooms. The jacuzzi was nice. 12 E is on the bottom floor so our jacuzzi was on the back of the building with privacy. There was a swing out back as well.

The neighbors above us were extremely loud and rude. I called the facility manager twice to have it corrected. That did not do any good. The hot water only worked the first day in two of three bedrooms. I called management twice. The first time, I was told that no one would probably come out that night, but it would be first thing in the morning. No one came out. I called again after noon. Management was not very accommodating and said that someone will be out as soon as possible. I stated that my “first thing in the morning” is obviously different from their definition. Thus, what is “as soon as possible” because that could be another day. I was told that I would get a call back with a time. That never happened. Finally, a maintenance guy who stated that he does not work in our area came to the back door. He “fixed” the water heater, only for us to not have hot water again. The internet connection was VERY poor. If your condo is facing the front, your jacuzzi is in front of the parking lot. No privacy.

Breakfast? What breakfast? We liked that there we each got our own room and bathroom.

This place was WAY TOO NOISY!! We heard every step from the people above us, who stayed up until midnight every night. We heard their phone alarms going off at 6 am. We heard their bathroom fans running. It's a nice place if you're deaf, otherwise bring earplugs.

It was not clean floors was very dirty bathrooms dirty ball field not maintained horse shoe as well hot tub was very nasty and stunk bad people above us drained there’s and refilled it there’s was the same

The hot tub was nice and it was roomy.

There is no indoor pool which was stated they had. It was switched to a seasonal pool. I like having a pool so that was one thing I didn’t like I wish I would have known before hand.

WiFi could have been better.

Lots of room and clean great location!

Noise level above us and beside was bad but manageable.
