The location is great, right across the road from the beach, and close to an excellent restaurant Lobster Cove.
Well equipped small kitchenette with an electric 2-burner stove pots, pans, dishes and utensils.
No closets for the clothes, and the room is not very large.

All rooms have a beach view and a private balcony. Bed was very comfortable! Great selection of coffee & tea in the room. Plus a fee reusable bag to take home if you wish.
Wasn’t anything I didn’t like but it could use some updating perhaps.

There was no breakfast but we had a perfect view of the ocean from our balcony. The staff was super friendly, they gave you that family feeling. The view, the view, the view.
The bed was a little firm for my old bones but not bad, I have a pillow top mattress at home so it is hard to compare. For the most part we slept well.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The views of Boone and Nubble Lighthouses were great!
The ONLY complaint I would have is the coffee maker was dirty. Other then that, absolutely NO complaints.

The desk staff were just lovely. We were there to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and they left us a lovely card and a gift bag with goodies. Very sweet.
The Wi-Fi connection was spotty. What would have been helpful for us would have been a handicapped height toilet and a larger bed, but we would definitely come back.

All the stairs. We were on third floor and has no elevator. But it made for great views!

the employees were very friendly and offered us suggestions for dinner within walking distance. every time we saw them they went out of their way to say hi

We have stayed before! Love having the ocean right across the road!
They were having issues with their internet all weekend. No internet actually, so inside nothing would even work bc of little cell service in that area too! Not their fault. They had people working on it, just nothing was resolved. Only a minor inconvenience.

The staff was very friendly, and very knowledgeable about the area. The motel is right on the ocean and the rooms have full ocean views. York, ME is a great beach town; I had a great time!

Enjoyed sitting on balcony watching ocean. Room was comfortable, loved having kitchen sink, microwave and mini fridge available.
No elevator; Third floor a bit rough if mobility challenged but a lower floor room could take care of that.

Beautiful location! We only stayed a night but will be back next year for a week. Super clean and friendly staff.
View was breathtaking.
