The owner of the property was the best, we encounter so many problems but he helped us solve those problems, he was the best.

Upon arrival the property was not ready because someone was still cleaning the property and we had to wait for more than 20 minutes after the check in time. The code to open the door did not work, so we have to wait additional time to wait to receive a new code, the person that was on the gate on Saturday June 26th around 10:00 pm treated us very bad because he said we were not in the system as guests (there was a problem with the system) we even showed him the email that had the confirmation that we were guests until June 28th and he called the police to get us out of the property, hopefully there was a nice employee that intervened and let us in, it was a very bad experience. The property was not cleaned very well, we swept the floor and found so much dirt!. One of the locks of the bathroom was not working properly and the sink was clogged, the pool was dirty we had to clean it and one of the drawers had like vomit on it (we are assuming that it was from the cleaning products????)

the bed in the masters bedroom felt like it had a sink whole directly in the middle ,we slept on the floor the last two nights because it was very uncomfortable

Having to travel to another location for keys

The location is great. Very convenient to stores and restaurants. Easy to reach the staff. Layout of the home was nice.

The housekeeping did a poor job. There was hair in the master shower and downstairs shower. The couches and pillows had stains. The walls had stains on them. A few fixtures were dusty. The trash can had past residue in the bottom causing an odor. The master bed is of poor condition, it had a huge dip in the middle. The master toilet had urine at the bottom of the toilet and definitely had a foul odor. Multiple towels had hair in them from past guests. I WAS HIGHLY DISGUSTED and spent half of the first day arriving cleaning, which was very unfortunate. I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and mentioned it when I checked in.

Location was very convenient. Restaurants and Wal-Mart not too far away.

Beds could have been better. All mattresses were worn out. Big dent in master bed from good times I guess..lol. But plenty of room for family and friends.
