Zimmer sind sehr schön, groß und sauber. Das ganze Hotel ist ganz wunderbar. Parken vor dem Hotel. Sehr sehr schöne große Pools. Alles in allem wunderbar. Wir waren jetzt das 4. Mal dort und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die Hotelbar. Ich verstehe nicht wie man in einem Hotel dieser Klasse Barkeeper einsetzt, die klassische Cocktails nicht beherrschen und einem grauenhafte vorsetzen. Aber das ist der einzige Minuspunkt. Vielleicht hätte es ein anderer Barkeeper besser gemacht.

El costo de la comida y bebida dentro del hotel es muy elevado! Excesivo en mi opinión.

Nothing to do at night Stores all close by 9pm Restaurants near by are good but not great. Main adult pool was closed to us but open to other guests which was strange. They said adult pool closes early, but we paid $300 a night to stay there I was hoping to swing anywhere I wanted for the price

I love the rooms furniture and style. I really like having free coffee in the room.

There is no playground or splash pads in the water for the kids.

The room key on a bracelet was quite handy. There are a lot of places to eat conveniently located very close by.

Something air related inside the locked closet in the room was so loud and noisy that we couldn’t fall asleep. It sounded like helicopters landing. Parking is NOT convenient. They want you to buy their valet parking… In addition, our room was as far as you could get from the parking lot.

The lobby was absolutely beautiful

The hallway is in elevator were very warm. Only one restaurant. Nothing else really do besides the pool.

I fell on a steps in in your facility, went to front desk and told him they fill out a report. The manager should be known no any ever. Call me to see if I was dead or alive. They charge you for a parking. Nobody inform me there was a fee of $35 I go to Orlando all the time And the Peabody there’s no fee when you valet park, nickel and die to dead there. I was very unhappy with my stay there.

The food was good. The staff was very courteous. I ordered your soup. They bring out a teaspoon with my soup. I asked for a Soup spoon they tell me the banquet people take the phones. It is very unhappy there too.

We liked everything. Great for families, clean, nice staff, stores and restaurants all around. There was nothing they didn’t have.

I stepped on a broken piece of plastic cup buried in the sand that sliced my foot.

Was downgraded from pool to no pool. Was notified 3 days before. Only got 4 bedroom to get private pool.

It was clean and all that we needed was within arms length. The experience was greater than expected.

It was clean and beautiful. Great food at the quick service and from the restaurant.

The location was really great excluding traffic but that's Orlando. There was a theater, restaurants and a few stores right in front of the hotel which was nice. The room was nice and beds were comfortable. The guys at the valet were SO friendly and accommodating even though we didn't valet our car. There are a lot of stores and restaurants within a few miles which was nice.

The shower has no water pressure and is only half covered with a glass door. It's SO cold because half the shower is exposed so we dreading having to take showers. Also no exhaust fan. We came back to the room at 3 pm and had no toilet paper and when we called the young lady was rude. She explained that house keeping is between 10 and 6 so they didn't get to our room yet. This wouldn't be an issue but they only left ONE roll of toilet paper each time they cleaned even if the one on the roll was almost empty. There are NO extra's in the room as far as soap, one towel per person, no kleenex etc... like at every hotel we've ever stayed in. There is gel soap, shampoo & conditioner in the shower. We wouldn't stay again because the price is extremely high for what you get-the little things can make a big difference. Those wanting to go to Disney or Celebration but don't want to stay at their resorts it's a good alternative but it's not cheaper. A dog peed on the concrete near our room and we passed it for four days. The owner should have taken a glass of water and rinsed it off but the staff passed it everyday too?! No Margaritaville restaurant at The Margaritaville Resort?

Really lovely hotel, great atmosphere

Loved the decor of the cottage and the layout. Loved the balconies for each room. Hot tub was a plus. Large TVs were great as well.

Needed chairs on balconies! Needed more privacy shrubs or petitions for hot tub area.
