The location is across the street from bathhouse row.

Parking was too expensive. We parked in free city parking instead.

For 459$ per night, we did not even have room housekeeping and bed/towels were not refreshed Valet is 30$ per day Receptionist not very knowledgeable and borderline rude Except valet, staff not friendly and seem to work under stress, customer is not important for them

Check in was a breeze. Our room was comfortable and clean. We loved the rooftop bar and restaurant that was on site. Service was good and the menus were interesting. We loved everything we ordered. The hotel was near other points of interest to include the National Park and Bath Houses and were very easy to get to. Valet parking was quite reasonable.

Can't think of thing we did not like.

The heater did not work.

The Location and Staff were 5 star. The esthetics and hotel view was really nice .

Comparing the property to other Hilton tapestries hotels it was below average in accommodations. Rooms didn’t seem Hilton quality. ( bathroom fixtures loose on walls , blinds wouldn’t retract, dust and spider webs in ceiling , few bugs on the floor ). Just needs a little TLC.

Great location down town. Breakfast at the Avenue was excellent.
