Nothing No towels. Desk wood not give towels

Door would not lock. Had to jam chair under door knob for safety

No microwave in room, but called desk and they brought one to us. Office employee was very friendly.

Door was very difficult to open. Room was not very fresh smelling. Chair looked like whoever sat in it had stained it.

The older gentleman that works the front desk continued to harass us every single day that he was working they refused to change our reservation from 1 guest to 2 people. He continued to threaten to kick us out and not give us a refund when we were not even doing anything wrong the whole trip.nobody was complaining about us or anything but he continued to threaten and harass us...

The room and staff were very nice n welcoming

The two queen beds were broken down on the sides closest to the center of the room! The mattresses were leaning inward towards the floor. The under carriage was broken. The floors needed scrubbed. Both of the bedspreads we're very dirty, had short white animal hair everywhere. The hair became a minor issue with allergies. All in all I like this hotel, it is quiet. Has super nice, outgoing staff. They have a $10 per pet/day fee!

The hotel reception was locked when I arrived and there was not a single employee on site, so I was unable to check in and had to find another hotel. I tried to call the hotel repeatedly when I was traveling from Albuquerque to Amarillo, but they never answered the phone. I did not notice the 10pm limit on check in when booking, it was not very prominent in the hotel information and should be far more obvious. You need an option to exclude places with no night service/late check in from searches, which I did not see. AWFUL PLACE, I WANT A REFUND AS I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR A ROOM THAT WAS NOT AVAILABLE!!!
