Housekeeping is very detailed in their execution.

1. I booked a two bedroom apartment but on my arrival I was checked into a room with 2 beds. I was not even informed by guest services attendant. It was when I got to the room I discovered it was not the same room I booked. The staff on duty could not go straight to the point. He later said he has taking down a note for the manager 2. The room door has a major problem, I can get into the room without the card key. I complained about 3 times but I was told it was because I don't jam the door properly for it to hook however, whenever I'm out of the room and housekeeping comes in, they also don't jam the door, leaving my room open all through the day before I come back. I complained again that all staff should be informed of the peculiarities of the hotel door. I felt unsafe all through my stay. 3. The hotel is far away from EVERYTHING as it is on the highway. Be ready to spend on Uber if you are not with your car. 4. The breakfast is too basic. This is my first time in a hotel with extremely basic breakfast

The tv Wi-Fi in the main area wouldn’t work

as for me, breakfast is poor, with no vegetables, only orange as the option of fruit.

The room was plenty big enough and was able to sleep my whole family comfortably.

The location was a little further away from six flags than I expected but it wasn't horrible. The one bedroom had like a mildew smell to it . Overall though I was very satisfied and would stay there again.

Breakfast was good , different choices each day and always plenty available.

couch bed was extremely uncomfortable , mattress in couch was to thin as the metal bars under it were felt through mattress.

Breakfast was good, had free cookies and coffee. Was within 30 minutes of 6Flags

Housekeeping only came in every few days. Had to keep asking for clean towels & toilet paper.

The place is EXTREMELY clean. The staff is so nice. The manager Lisa is so accommodating in whatever you may need and very helpful, as well as Derek, Damian, Kosi, and the other staff as well. Highly recommended place to stay. There is a great choice of breakfast in the am, yogurt, eggs,cereal, sandwiches,fruit,muffins, French toast,pancakes coffee juices hash browns biscuits and more. Good service I believe comes from a manager over seeing things, Thank you for a great stay.

The room was too small to be a suite. The pull out was uncomfortable and the room was too small for it

The front desk person, Derek, was absolutely amazing! He was extremely accommodating and understanding.

The breakfast the first day was horrible, but the second day was so much better. I’m not sure if the menu changes depending on who does it.

The staff was very warm, welcoming, and attentive.The hotel was very clean. The pool area was great and the water was nice and warm. We enjoyed the firepit outside. Breakfast was good.

The room design was a bit awkward. We stayed in a king studio and used the pull out sofa for our kids. The bed came right to the end of the bed, making it difficult to maneuver around the room. The two people sleeping closest to the window would have to climb over the other person in order to use the bathroom. The kitchen area is very tight. The pillows were flat and not very comfortable. I would stay here again but would book a different room for my family.

We liked the welcome, the room feel, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the comfortable bed.

Room was clean comfortable and quiet. Had problems with my tv, took a little time but it was resolved. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was pretty much “ sold out” by 8:15 when I arrived.

Food could have been hotter.

I thought shower floor was slippery. Could use a grab bar for safety.
