Disappointed

Try leaving lobby unlocked. Did not feel welcome when security asked what I am doing there

Great location in walking distance of near old town Arvada. Clean and comfortable rooms.

I understand conserving towel and bedding changes, and am fine with that. But at least empty trash cans and refresh the coffee trays, without the need of making a special request for these.

The property was nice but nothing overly special, especially for the price

The pet fee is $75, which is steep compared to other comparable priced hotels. In the end after all the taxes and fees, our $205 room was $325. I know they don’t control taxes, but once you throw in a high pet fee that’s a big jump from $205. We also had to ask about breakfast being included - it’s mentioned here, but not included with all reservations. Otherwise a pretty sparse continental breakfast is $10ea. Not to mention that one of our juice glasses has lipstick on it, but nobody at our table aaa wearing lipstick. So gross!

The showers were awesome. Best by far.

There really wasn't that I didn't like. Everything was on point.

I didn't like that I wasn't sure why I didn't get alot of money back from my deposit. I bought 2 things in the pantry but the money didn't add up as to why I only got $16.00 back but overall it's great.

Very clean. Both check in and check out staff were great and friendly.

The bed was too hard and caused backache in the morning. For the cost of the stay, I was very disappointed. The room was very large, but I found the furniture uncomfortable and shower/tub not relaxing. I was shocked that the chair side table was more like a tv tray and not comfortable using the laptop. No wheels and on carpet make it impossible to move while seated. Not very important, just something I noticed. I was unable to use the fridge as it was froze over and warm. Poor choice for in room coffee additives. The sign in the dining room instructed to wait to be seated. Although the waitress looked at me twice and walked by me three times, I eventually seated my self. Poor choice for coffee additives and very little choice on breakfast buffet. The waiter as apposed to the waitress was friendly and I was thankful I picked his section.

Pool/hot tub should be open longer than 10 pm on weekends. Hotel was expensive for no breakfast.
