Accommodations were nice & the staff were great.

Just needing a little updating

Great location in centre-town. Rooms were spacious and reasonably clean.

The bathroom was not amazing nor renovated but clean.

it has a big container for freezing fish.

Location convenient to everything, beautiful Mountain View, clean, quiet and comfortable bed, great breakfast, attentive staff

Lobby entrance could be updated, some exterior maintenance needed, but it’s Alaska, good value.

Friendly staff, clean, nice breakfast. Clean although it is an older building.

Old and very utilitarian. No elevator so that was a little hard as I had just had knee surgery

Very dated. Room was fairly small. No AC and it was very warm. Did get a little fan from the front desk

The location was good and the bed was comfortable. The view of course. Within walking distance of breweries and dining so you don't have to drive if u get tipsy. Close to the docks for any glacier tours.

I didnt see an elevator to get to the second floor....just stairs.

Breakfast was good, with fresh cooked choices including waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc., plus cereal

Beds could be a little firmer, place is a bit run down, but it's clean and comfortable.

Our blanket was ripped and the bathroom countertop was not good and the fridge raider froze our food.

can’t beat the view while stepping out of the hotel & connected to a bar.

We stayed here for 3 night and liked it. The hotel was clean, comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. Their parking space is big too. We loved to hear the chef sing country music at breakfast time every morning. He has a good voice! Thanks

The Chef for breakfast was just wonderful and so was the food.

Just needs a little modernization.

The facility is old, the beds were very uncomfortable.
