Only one elevator seemed to be working

The location was a close proximity to everything we needed

Parking prices. Would be nice to not have to use valet service and tip everytime you needed your vehicle. Rooftop bar wasn’t open Check in staff did not provide breakfast vouchers.

The room was clean, there was a quiet AC, good location, walkable distance to everything, nice gym equipment.

Windows facing the brick wall and other rooms, low amount of natural light; the fridge is placed right next to the bad, so you are forced to listen to it the whole night. Not enough place to hang your towels; when you walk out the shower, you are likely to hit the toilet. Water bottles and safe are for an additional feel. Parking is $41, not $39 as Booking says.

Nice location, comfy rooms

Valet situation, not enough attendants or organization. Also we ordered room service since we had to be somewhere late morning. It arrived 2+ hrs late and a portion of order missed. Really needs improvement

someone stole my wallet from my room! very disgusted ands disappointed that someone would actually do that and then charge my cards - will never stay here again.

Nothing to be honest

There are many things needed to be done Small hallways, steps in hallways which make it harried to move around. The rooms are super small, there wasn’t hand soap available, they have charged me for $6 Canadian which I don’t know why, I was there for one night. The parking is super expensive

Beautiful lobby and restaurant. So fun to explore and use the typewriter, record player, library. Room and bathroom was very nice and clean.

They said we had a queen bed but it was very obviously a full lol, it was fine though

Front desk was quick, Ac was on, friendly

Mini fridge did not work so leftovers were spoiled. My girlfriend and myself have been staying here every year for 6years and sometimes multiple times. We call this our hotel. But lately there seems to be more and more issues. Either ac not working right, mini fridge not working, not working, not receiving our reservation, shower flooding. We love this hotel but something seems to keep happening lately.

Excellent location, super easy to find. Great restaurant, walkable location, nice staff. Our go to location for PPG arena events.

All the amenities

The size of our room(it was supposed to be a king room) was very small and oddly laid out

Parking was to expensive and the rooms were too little. There was no complimentary coffee and the staff were not pleasant at at all. They were not mean however, a little bit of kindness and courtesy would have been appreciated.

we enjoyed the service of the staff loved the way the lobby looked and how easy it was to get everywhere from the hotel

we didn’t like the fact that our room was so small in the pictures it looked like open and a lot of space. But when we got there we had no room to walk around the desk was directly infront of the bed and there was an Amour right in the walk way of the room that was in the was.

Staff very friendly and the location had everything we wanted in close distance. The room was cleaned daily. Couldnt have asked for more.

The room was a little smaller than I hoped and the view from the window is just a giant car park so had to keep curtains / blinds closed all the time.

There was dust on everything & after removing the sheets I saw stains- Horribly disgusted afterwards I can’t lie.

The location, the lobby, and the Staff were amazing!

The room. It was disappointingly much smaller than what we booked for online. There was a bandaid hanging from the smoke detector (apparently from the previous guest) to cover the green light.

The valet was quick and friendly. The beds were very comfortable.

9th floor room was very small, almost criminal to charge for a "room" that small. The valet was fast and accommodating. Good location to PPG arena plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The rooftop terrace was nice to sit on at night.
