I DO NOT like dealing with the management company. Vacasa was difficult to deal with on all fronts and when I could not get into the house(due to the locks not properly working) I was treated ( over the phone) very rudely. Eventually we got in with no thanks to Vacasa. We were unable to re-lock the doors when we left for fear of not being able to get back in.There were other mngmt. problems i.e. ice makers not working, front entrance dirty.

What breakfast? Wonderful decorating touches in the home. Loved the location, view and spaciousness. Easy walk to downtown Yachats.

Difficulty of getting correct entry code was very stressful. The tips for gone on all but one cue for pool table. Only two bathrooms with showers. Game room very cold and no heat available.

Amazing location. (The best we have found with multiple stays all along the oregon coast). Easy walk to the town and to shops. The town is super cute and is filled with friendly people. Even a short walk to a grocery store that has all the basics. If you are looking for a larger store, a short trip to Waldport or Florence will have all your needs covered. The view was gorgeous. Plenty of room to spread out, beautiful trees, you can see mountains, river, and ocean all from the deck of the home. The yard was unbeatable. The house was overall very clean and very comfortable. Great decor and I loved the personalized booklet to explain the pieces to us. The hottub was amazing! Kept temperature and allowed us to stay in until we were ready to get out. Amazing home and property!!! Thank you so much!

The carpet had multiple stains, as to be expected with a pet friendly home. The dryer took multiple cycles to dry a load. The only thing I would like to point out, is this is a 3 bedroom location with 3 additional common areas. We were expecting to find a 4th bedroom, and luckily we were able to make due with what we had. If you are looking for 4 complete bedrooms, this will not work. If you can make due with putting some people in a common area, this house has ample furniture and sleeping areas. We loved it and look forward to visiting again.
