the heat did NOT work and luckily I had my electric blanket. It was 49 degrees inside the cabin. no firewood in sight.

Outside was great was not expecting bears in front yard

Floor pop ever step you take. Smelled very musty. 2 people for 4 nights and only 3 towels had to buy towels. Front steps very slick when it rains and needs lights on steps. Outside was best part of cabin.

Wonderful cabin, perfect for two! Great gem in the woods, isolated enough too feel secluded but in a great location. Easy to get to all major attractions in Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge as well as park.Had a wonderful time would book this cabin again!!

There is an electrical problem with the back porch light,switch doesn't always work. Garbage full. Hot tub not as hot as it should be, couldn't change temperature, need better instructions for hot tub.

The seclusion and quietness was the best. Traffic up and down the road was loud at times but not disturbing. The hot tub was sent from the heavens after all the driving we did!

Not a lot of room to turn around at the end of the driveway, and the driveway itself was hidden, we missed it the first time. Needs signage that is visible above the grass on the side of the road

Everything was so beautiful!!We loved the location,we saw two bears playing one night!Fireflies were out every night so was very cool! Loved the fireplace,had to use it every night just because it was nice watching it!Happy there was a small shampoo n conditioner because we forgot some,lol ,hot tub was very relaxing n the rocking chairs outside on the porch were great

Could use a fire pit outside and a small washer n dryer,no way to wash clothes except by hand, otherwise it was great!Need another rocking chair in the back of the house because there was only one n it’s nicer to sit with my husband ,the two in front were awesome!

Very close to the highway.

It was dusty, cobwebby, and the smell of mold was so pervasive to the extent we had to cut our stay short because of allergic reaction.

I used a door code which worked well.

The range top was not working properly. The stove's knobs did not turn to the desired temperature. The bedroom loft was too warm. The fan provided helped.
