The beach

Condo had lots of problems & things not working.

I enjoyed the view and size of the condo. The beds were comfortable kitchen had all utensils, pans, plates we needed.

We had a rough start, I attempted to speak to someone about an early check in around 2pm and the website repeatedly kicked me off the chat link so once we finally received our code and checked in at 4 before we even had a chance to completely unpack the vehicle we received a call at approximately 4:15 saying our toilet was NOT working and they had no idea what toilet was not work and that a handy man would be in to fix it with complete disregard to the value of our time once he show up I questioned why it was not fixed prior to check in when maintenance had ample time to do so between the 10 am check out and 4 pm check in. I was rudely told he's the only person working here. Then at approximately 4:45 after maintenance had already left we received another call informing us that our TV was not working and again they had no idea which tv was out. There was multiple items in the drawer put away with crusted food still on them which didn't make sense when the sales representative told us they did extensive covid cleaning and that was the reason maintenance couldn't come before our check in to fix the tiolets. We also had an issue with the broken chair left in our dining room my boyfriend sat down and fell out of the chair due to to the screws holding the seat on being completely removed! So why not throw in some extra pains from the lack of common sense to take out a broken chair from the dining area that resulted in a fall along with the time wasted. It's extremely unprofessional and I expected more based on all the amazing reviews I saw which have proven to be false advertising.

We loved everything about this property! I am super picky about cleanliness and it was spotless which means we will be back! The location was perfect, including being in the 6th floor...such beautiful views! We can’t say enough great things about 603!!!!

These are not dislikes...just a couple of things to kindly things the owner might consider. No BLOW DRYER!!!! A wall mounted one in at least one bathroom or even the laundry room, if you don’t want one mounted due to keeping it “home”. Blackout curtains for the front bedrooms because we had to tape a black plastic tablecloth over the window, since the sunlight starts shining in so early. A crockpot would have been great, so we could have just thrown something on and had lunch or supper ready, without worrying.

The property was really nice. Nice furniture and updates. Comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The view was amazing from the bedroom and baloney. Very peaceful, clean building and unit. Just within steps to the beach.

I booked this unit for the view but most important because it had three bedrooms supposedly for three adults. The third room was like a large closet with no room to move. Also, had problem with the internet. They claim it was fixed but never notified us it was. When I checked it was not working. I was not trying to spend my vacation to get the Internet fixed. The agency should take in consideration that they need to communicate more in writing for the units. Then one might be able to resolve situations and move on
