Absolutely stunning apartment with amazing sea views. This was a little slice of paradise for us in Cefalu. Right in the heart of the old city but because of the view onto the ocean its peaceful and quite. The place was well decorated, bright and very clean and there was beer and wine for us on arrival 😀 We were even offered late check out so we could enjoy a few more hours on the beach. Will definitely be back again.

Fantastic balcony with epic sunset views. Location could literally not be better. Great little property with a decent sized bedroom, nice kitchen with great facilities. Great value for money.

Not much. The stairs up to the property are steep / narrow which could be a problem for some guests.

Place was very clean and comfortable. On our arrival there was a bottle of wine and 2 beers on the fridge, which i thought was a very nice welcome! We did the self check in. Very easy and hassle free. We spent some lovely time at the terrace in the evening, the view is breathtaking. Owner was always available to help when needed! We had a lovely stay and would recommend it to friends. Just bear in mind that there is no access to the beach from the property ( which I thought there was but that was my assumption), it is very close though, you have to walk for about 3 min and you're already there on the beach.

Nothing! It's all good! Just bear in mind that the stairs to get to Marechiaro house are very steep and you should be careful, specially when you're holding your luggage or your shopping. If I could mention, the only thing I thought that could be implemented is a mirror in the bedroom because when you and your partner are getting ready to go out there is only one mirror in the bathroom, I do think guests could really benefit from an extra mirror.

This was a perfect place for us as a couple to relax and explore for a few days. We wish we had more time here! - Great size and standard - Our own kitchen and roof - terrace. - Comfortable bed - Functioning airconditioner (This is not the case everywhere let me tell you) - The apartment is located on the main street in the middle of the old town - The beach is just around the corner. Easy access - Perfect sea view from the terrace. Note: * The beach is very crowded during the day. If you want a better beach experience, meet up early around 8-9 and leave when it gets too crowded. Or you can do like us: Go for a brief swim in the mornings and evenings when there are fewer people in general and chill in the apartment when the temperature is at its hottest. * Parking: It was difficult to find temporary parking close to the city centre for luggage drop-off (The police were rigorous). I ended up carrying all the luggage by myself on cobblestones in the heat, while my boyfriend had to move the car for us. The public parking is also very expensive so you should put that in your budget. After a few very enjoyable days in Cefalu that was all forgotten.

Loved the central Cefalu location with easy access to the historic town, shops, restaurants and the beach. The terrace was much enjoyed and the apartment clean and comfortable. The owners efficiently and effectively answered any queries. Also the personal welcome by the owner and complimentary bottle of wine was a very nice touch.

Slightly limited resources. Perhaps a few additional basic conveniences such as more cutlery, glasses and a tray could be added. We experienced problems with the internet for a couple of days. The owners responded to this issue both promptly and effectively.

The flat all round was fantastic. The roof terrace was amazing, a great place to relax, eat. Right next to the beach you can swim and be back on the terrace in 5mins for lunch. Very clean, lots of amenities in the flat and shops/ restaurants around. Any question or issue was resolved very quickly by the host. Very quiet too despite being in the centre with the roof terrace away from the noise/ facing the sea it was a perfect place to relax.

To be picky, an extra frying pan, maybe an oven would have been useful for the longer stay, but there was still plenty of good cooking facilities/equipment in the flat. Staircase is very steep (but is a stairway to heaven).

our host looked after our every need. early check in, late check out, a bottle of wine to greet us! the apartment was small but well designed and had a stunning view from the balcony. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back. we would also recommend it to friends.

I can recommend this apartmant. I asked them to prepare a romantic atmosphere for my friends because they spent their honeymoon in this apartment and they prepared a beautiful room with roses and prosecco. Great host, very nice and helpful. Apartment was a beautiful in a beautiful location in Cefalu.

Location is amazing and the balcony was perfect. The air conditioning worked a treat and the host provided a bottle of wine and some biscuits. Kitchen is well equipped and the wifi was good.

What was quite shocking was that the bedroom connected to another apartment by a single loosely fitted paper-thin door. Given the proximity to restaurants, nightlife etc some noise should be expected however because of this door we could hear everything that occurred outside especially from the adjoining apartment. Parties, conversations, general movement to and from the adjoining apartment woke us up and kept us up multiple times throughout the night. For the money that is required for this apartment, I would expect a better solution to this than what was there.

We’ve been coming to Cefalù for many years and this is by far the best apartment we’ve stayed in. Very clean, beautiful rooftop terrace and very friendly hosts. We’ll definitely come back!

You cannot find a better located accommodation than this one, it's in the middle of everything: beach, old town, restaurants, little shops, gelato, little groceries... there is also a big fine food supermarket at 10min walking distance which I recommend you to visit. The hosts do everything to make you feel comfortable. They leave in the kitchen a bottle of wine, lots of coffee capsules and tea for you. I'm a coffee gourmet and I fell in love with the coffee machine and the coffee capsules that came with it, very delicious! It's a very cosy place with an amazing balcony that makes you want to move to Italy. I still dearly remember the days I spent there. I'm looking forward to going back next summer!

The roof terrace is superb, with a great outlook.Excellent location in the old town.

The apartment is located in historical centre of the city, you can feel the experience of living in medieval style house :) the beach is very close and upper terrace has a great view to the sea. You can find a lot of shops and restaurants within 1-2 mins.

The apt is very small, it's really hard to use the kitchen. Windows looking out to next building, you can only watch the sea from the terrace upstairs. It can be very noise during night hours. especially on weekend as it's located in historical centre. But it's applicable to almost all apartments in the historical centre. For a longer and quiter stay I recommed to find accomodation outside of the city.

Unbeatable location. Enjoyed some of the most beautiful sunsets ever from the delightful private terrace. Flat was equipped with everything we needed. Nothing to complain about
