Quaint ,1800’s building in Freeport ME , Friendly hostess with many interests. Great night of sleep and wonderful breakfast. Linens smelled great.

Charming historical house with original wood flooring and a sweet hostess. Located just away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Freeport but close enough to walk to everything.

Connie, the owner, was very welcoming and just wonderful. She showed us around and helped us check in around 8:30pm. Breakfast was delicious.

This is a charming historic restored old farm house, a quality that makes it very appealing. If you aren’t into an older farm house vibe, you might not like it.

The location can't be beat!

Our host was amazing, going above and beyond to make sure we connected when we had poor service and difficulty using our cell phone to communicate late arrival. Once there, the room was fantastic, the beds extra comfy, and breakfast outstanding. It was great to stay in a quiet location yet be able to walk to LL Bean in a few minutes, and wonderful to have such a welcoming location and hosts at the end of a long day. Thank-you!

Extremely clean and comfortable b&b. Hostess is on site and greeted us when we arrived. Breakfast was delicious and filling and location is perfect for walking downtown. On a quiet street just off Main Street which is just right for a good night's sleep.

The room was clean, quaint and charming. The owner is congenial, nice and helpful. Breakfast was suburb. We would definately come back to stay again.

We loved staying in this authentic historical home. Our room was very comfortable but we also enjoyed having the use of the comfortable sitting room. The sitting room was the perfect place to enjoy a hot cup of tea while the morning sun lights up the room, or a relaxing place to gather in the evenings and meet the other guests. The home is within walking distance to downtown Freeport but tucked away a half block from Main street to be a quiet and serene place.

Authentic historical homes were not built with modern plumbing. The private bathroom worked very well for us. If you need a bathroom you can do cartwheels in, this is not the place for you.

the property is an historical site and thus has a great B and B experience. it is located within very easy walking to downtown Freeport and especially the LL Bean stores. the owner is helpful, friendly, knowledgeable about the area and took great care to ensure our stay at her B and B together with our visit to Freeport was memorable!

Connie was so warm and friendly. The Inn was very quaint and cozy. The breakfasts were delicious.

No complaints about anything except for my bed. it was a very firm mattress and I prefer a less firm. But everything else was great.

The location was great just steps away from everything in Freeport. Breakfast was excellent and our dietary needs were accommodated. Usually at hotels we can only eat plain whole fruit but we were offered a whole beautiful fruit salad with tea and everything. It was a real treat. The place was cozy and comfortable.

New England Charm with a lovely host and super breakfast. Felt very welcome and cared for. The room was very cozy (loved the candles ;-)) and had the best bed ever. A very hard mattress which made all my back pain go away in 1 night. Loved all the fall and Halloween decorations around the house and garden.

Very friendly host, beautiful atmosphere, very enjoyable stay. we had a wonderful time! The room was very clean and set up with love. everything was very well thought through.

Excellent breakfast and snacks and tea/coffee available at all times. Connie, the proprietor, was extremely helpful, eager to please and readily available to all the guests, both upon arrival and in the AM during the breakfast hour.

This is a historic house, built in 1800's. for some, getting up the stairs would be difficult. Kind of pricey, but I really don't know what the comparables are.

I took my Mom who is 92. We had a 2nd floor room because I wanted 2 larger beds. Next time if I take Mom will get 1st floor room. Inn is a historic building so stairs are steeper than newer builds. Connie, the owner did tell me before coming that there were stairs to our reserved room.
