We loved the location! The bed was very comfortable! Great spot to come back to after a long day of walking or even for a break in the middle of the day! Close to everything! Loved the decor!

The only thing we were really looking to have was an oven. Some updated cooking supplies and utensils would be lovely! The remote to the TV in the living room only worked occasionally.

The overall facility looked a bit sketchy, but our unit was wonderful once we got inside - clean and comfy and with a cozy cabin-like atmosphere. Great for the price! We would happily rebook for a future stay.

Check-in was problematic. For some reason, the booking.com message with final check-in instructions did not come across email and we had to call the owner directly to get it. The lobby staff was not helpful or professional.

We like the location of the property and it was a nice place to stay.

The hot water faucet was broke in the shower so we had to use a pair of pliers to turn the water on and off the whole time we were there.

I liked the country living decor. The place was clean. I liked how close it was to everything. Will definitely stay at this location again.

The fire place didn’t work. The pool was green and dirty. Advertised a Hot tub. No hot tub. No viewable channels on TV in living room. Burners on range will not allow pans to sit level. But this place was nice and homey. I loved my stay.

I've stayed in this complex 5 times and had decided not to use it again as the last couple of times the units were sub par. My cousin owns a unit here that is very nice but she won't allow me to pay her so I don't use it. This unit was a very pleasant surprise. Recently updated with ship lap on the walls that gave it a cabin feel. It was very clean. The towels were cheap and the sofa felt a bit worn out, but overall I had a very nice visit and would stay here again.

There was no hot tub/jacuzzi tub that we were told was here & beds weren't very comfortable

It was a very good location for everything restaurants and downtown Gatlinburg.

I loved that everything was in walking distance because Gatlinburg has no free parking and even the parking lots are further away and require you to walk everywhere you want to go. This was perfect for two people and very cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable as well.

I didn’t realize it was on the 4th floor, which is fine and made me get more steps for the day.

Excellent location. Walking distance to all attractions.

Lack of ventallation for cooking. Frying bacon or sausage would activate the smoke alarm. The microwave vent was not connected to the outside which means the smoke was vented inside the room. We had to open all the doors and window to ventallate the room. Other than the lingering smell of bacon at night the room was great.
