Location
Check in took over ten minutes with no one else in line. Clerk just needed more training. Bathroom shower needed attention. Mildewed grout around shower and needed caulking. Breakfast was okay first day, except for broken juice machine. Second day was terrible. Leftover scrambled eggs reheated for day 2, juice machine still broken plus pancake machine said out of order. Had to ask for milk, Chubani yogurt, all gone, English muffins, all gone. Returned from breakfast and our key didn’t work. My husband went to front desk to reprogram and it still didn’t work. I stayed by the door. The clerk, Ruth, came to help but gave me a hard time because I was watching her try to open our door. She said I was “in her space” at three feet away. I had stepped up to the door in case she got it open. She had told my husband to stay in the lobby??? She said she couldn’t concentrate on what she was trying to do and I needed to move. I told her to just do her job. We were on our way to a soccer game and didn’t have extra time. She went to get another guy who came and couldn’t open it either. He had to go for another tool to snake under the door and catch the handle. He finally got it but we were delayed thirty minutes. Would we stay there again , no way.

water leaks at the hotel lobby entrance
I still are trying to solve the extra charges of the hotel in my credit card. Today is the second time that the hotel charge in my credit card $121 dollars without any reason…

Wasn’t far off the main road
Breakfast wasn’t very good, but maybe they weren’t expecting many people. We came down at 9 and most of everything was out.

The staff was excellent .the breakfast was extremely excellent! The bed was super comfy.
The bathroom really needs a remodel. It would be nice to have a larger counter area for the sink. The coffee area could have more area as well.

The breakfast was good(sidebar below). Bed was comfortable, room was clean.
Unfortunately the pool was under maintence even though site said until Dec 30! My kids were disappointed.
Also the pancake machine was broken.
There was no hair dryer in our room and there must have been a leaky gutter over our room because it rained Monday night and we kept hearing water dripping.

It was a nice location for the price we paid. I love Hilton hotels
Check in staff gave us a different room than what I booked. Made a big deal when I asked for the room I wanted because we booked through a third party. Made it sound like we were an inconvenience because they were booked and we didn’t pay full price for the room. I checked their website the same day and they were not booked and I only paid a dollar less on booking than I would have on their site. I probably won’t stay there ever again. And I travel a lot

The bed was very comfortable
When we got in our room, there was a few stains on the sheets, which made us question if they were washed. The next morning when we were leaving our room, I turned my head to make sure we left nothing and noticed a can of Mountain Dew that was not ours! That is when we knew the room was not properly cleaned

The property was one of the best experiences. Cleanliness, location, and all!!
I left a white satin Micheal Kors bag on the bed and they said that they did not know what I was talking about.

Concierge at the front desk was very welcoming and energetic, even though I arrived late in the evening- he still was on his a-game. I wasn't able to utilize the facilities (pool, gym) due to my schedule. Bed and linens were clean and comfortable.
Upholstery and Carpets were worn and stained. Ceiling showed water stains. Shower corners and door had mold.

We booked at this location for a cincinnati Reds game. We drove from Louisville that morning and arrived at the hotel around 1pm. We asked if they could do an early check but they said not til 3pm. The Reds game was at 4pm so we asked if we could check in later that night because of the game being too close to check in. The staff said yes whenever you want to check in is fine, we have your confirmation right here so your room is booked. We arrived at the hotel that night at 11:30 after the game and dinner and the employee who was a different person working the desk than earlier informed us they had overbooked and we didn’t have a room. I scrambled to find another hotel nearby but with such short notice I couldn’t find anything. We had no choice but to drive back to Louisville that night. The hotel even still charged me the $300 I spent to book the room and I had to call multiple times to get the room taken off. This was a horrible experience, the front desk employee didn’t offer any apology for the situation, nor did they offer any type of comp for the future. I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know the same thing to not visit this hotel !

bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t latch or lock, booking details stated the room was on the ground level but we were not, and after emailing me and confirming that they did have portable cribs available once we were there the front desk staff said they had never heard of such a thing and that housekeeping was gone. pool was slimy and freezing.

I have to say we had an odd issue happen that resulted in poor communication between staff at the front desk. Computer problem etc out of their control but they should have passed the info verbally to one another resulting in us being a no show and our room being assigned to someone else.
So I cannot give a perfect review but they did get everything straightened out and the day desk person was very gracious to us upon checkout the next day. A learning opportunity for them,

many cigarette burns on carpeting. needed to ask for additional towels as soon as we arrived. there were only two for two of us.
