The location, and the service from the staff were great.

The facilities were poor. Cigarette burn marks on the furniture and carpet. Room didn’t get made up on day 2. Coffee/cream/towels did not get replenished. Sofa bed incredibly uncomfortable. Towel rails not attached properly.

Clean, smelled wonderful, updated, friendly staff.

The rooms were decent.

Dingy and dark entrance and elevator. They’re systems were new and staff not properly trained. They couldn’t give me a receipt because she had added an amount on my account that she couldn’t take off. She said give me your name and email address. I still haven’t received it. Look on my credit card statement and it’s $50 overcharge. When I called they said that all they could do was take my name, confirmation number and phone number and have the manager to call me because the manager was gone for the night. I will try calling again tomorrow.

Location was good seems a bit pricey for the location though. the lady at the valet parking was fantastic.

Apparently they just went on a new system, I booked 2 rooms, after about 20 mins I was able to get the first room. For the second room we waited for another 25-30 minutes at the desk. The person checking us in would just leave the front desk and not tell us anything then come back 20 minutes later. We finally said to work it out and call us in the first room when they had it figured out. We checked in at 6;15( check in is at 3) I was actually helping other guest behind me as I told them to go over the other lobby and have the hampton suites to check them into the homewood suites.

The staff was wonderful and friendly, everyone we met was friendly. Location was perfect for our trip.

The beds were awful.

Everything was good.

Room wasn’t ready at check in time . Asked 4 times waited over 45 minutes. Came back 3 hrs. later & it was ready.

Loved the historic building , room was great big and clean

Location!! Lack of parking for loading and unloading. Can't fit trailer had to park on street. Neighborhood at night scarry
