Location. The proximity to the beach. The apt/condo was spacious.

The pull out sofa is really old and super uncomfortable. Couple dirty utensils in the drawer along the clean ones. There was a few light bulbs outs. The ventilator fan in the bathroom was not working. The blinds were broken. You couldn't pull it all thr way down or couldn't adjust it. There wasn't proper privacy due to the 2 foot gap from the window sill to where the blinds stopped. No fans ceiling or standing.

Is not beach front you have to walk more than a mile to the beach that was not stated in your ad. Dirty building I will not go back felt robbed when I got there even tried to cancel

Conveniently located right by all the attractions we wanted to go to. Easy access to the beach.

Road/entrance is very narrow and signage was a limitless small. good thing I had been here before.

The cable and internet were out when we arrived so we were given a discount. Since our Verizon signal was good at the condo, not having cable/WiFi was not a big deal. Hot water was almost instantaneous and pressure was good. King bed was comfy and gave room to spread out. Made use of the coffee maker, the microwave and full-sized refrigerator. All were clean, modern and in good working order. Check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier!

Gulfview II, Vacasa, and Booking.com all sent me multiple emails before, during and after my stay. I felt like I was overloaded with non-essential info and I lost track of more important emails. Reduce the number of emails. The ground floor hallway looks as if tile was removed and only unfinished concrete remains, it gives the facility a low budget look. At the east side of the property is a large trash container (near the road and parking lot entry). It gave off an offensive odor that could be smelled from all the way across the parking. The fence around it is dilapidated and gives the property a low budget look.

The property was a good size for two people. It had what we needed for our stay except we had to buy hangers.

it faced north so we didn’t get any sun. There wasn’t much of a view. signing the agreement was a problem as they needed us to scan the whole 20 pages rather than just the signature page. we had trouble with the tv remote. An agent came to check on it, took the remote and didn’t bring it back when he said he would.

It was quiet it was clean and not too far from the beach

Simple things can make a property shine, the curtains in the room are two different lengths “why have them up?”, there was no broom to sweep, there is no office on property therefore that should be removed from property details, it is a laundry facility on the property not in the home therefore that should be removed off the site also

We had trouble getting in when we got there, I called support number and the lady on the phone knew nothing about the property and who we could get to help us. A neighbor there gave us the maintenance mans number so we called him and he had to call someone to that knew how to get in. That was the only problem we had , they to know more about the property.
