Great location in old Girona. Quiet and secure.

A little small, needed to move kitchen table to put out sofa bed.

Great communication. Helpful hostess. Fabulous location. Nice and clean. Washing machine and dishwasher. Really good kitchen and the hostess brought us coffee mugs and a tea towel as they were not there. Very good and kind.

The air conditioning didn’t work too well and the mezzanine floor bedroom was incredibly hot. We had to move onto a pullout sofa bed downstairs. There was no clothes rack for drying clothes as promised on booking.com.

Very comfortable and cozy apartments right in the center of the old town. Nice and responsive hostess, helped us with the transfer to the airport. I recommend to everyone!

bed too soft, no shampoo/bath gel, no tea/coffee or other basic cooking ingredients like oil, salt. played in the dishwasher weren’t cleaned up after the last guests. Owner not responsive to queries before or during the trip.

Apartment lovely - easy to access, a good size, laid out well and very well located. The hostess was very responsive and met us even though we arrived very late (midnight). The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we had a nice view from our little balcony.

The kitchen isn't well equipped - and didn't come with coffee or tea. It didn't bother us too much as we ate out, but would have been welcome.

The shower tray is pretty bad. Needs to be replaced. The bathroom is in bad shape, we could hear water dripping and I felt the ceiling was going to cave in. It looks like there was a leak already.

Fantastic location, affordable, clean and well appointed while convenient for the train and bus station and close to the glorious sights in Girona. Our hostess kindly shared wonderful restaurant tips (eat at L'Argadà, best meal in 6 weeks on Europe). I was able to safely leave my wheelchair in the lobby and use the little lift to get to the room which was very handy.

Nothing to complain about.

The apartment was excellent 4 adults sharing ensuite for both bedrooms. Location 300 metres from La Rambla.

Nothing to dislike. A suggestion to the host, maybe have larger cups in the cupboard.

very good location centrally in the city as well as being close to the bus/train station.

Was a shame that the bar downstairs was not open during our stay, or at least would have been nice to be told. Also bathroom could do with a little attention as plug stick in basin and shower cubicle in truth seemed a little cheap in comparison to the rest of the decor. Also found it to be very noisy indeed during the day with some construction work going on opposite, understand this is out of the owners control but again would have been nice to be told.

Excellent location right on the door of casa cocao and the centre of girona old town. Premises were spacious and very quiet at night.

The bathroom area could do with a bit of love and attention around the edges - nothing major at all but starting to show their age.

The host was so helpful even thought we weren't sure of our arrival time as it kept changing throughout the day 🙂 we were left fresh towels per person, and the place was spotlessly clean! Perfect facilities for what we needed for the couple of days. The owner left us a map with all the sights/supermarkets/bike rentals/walking trails etc, extremely helpful! We were so central. Would definitely stay here again. 10/10

One of the showers wouldnt stay up, but that was only a minor thing as we all just used the shower in the downstairs bedroom. Wish we could have stayed longer!!!

We stayed for 2 nights with 3 people for 210€. The apartment is pretty big, modern, with a fully equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom. 2 ACs in the room keep it nice and cool. Located between the train station and the old city, in a quiet road, everything is reachable by foot. Check-in and Check-out is extremely easy, probably the easiest out of all the apartments we stayed in! We had a problem with our train and arrived late, yet the owner arranged to get us our key nevertheless. Would stay again when visiting this beautiful little city!

It's a normal apartment, so maybe here and there some signs of wear and tear, nothing dramatic. Balcony is located into the inner courtyard, which isn't very pleasing to look at

Great location. Apartment had everything you could need. full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer etc. washing machine. hair dryer. instructions to collect keys were perfect. can sleep 4 people in the apartment we were in. one bedroom and a sofa bed to sleep two others. nice shower. good pressure. Air conditioning in bedroom and main room where sofa bed is. very modern.

my only thing was, and I’m being picky, is that there were three of us staying and two sets of keys would be useful. Everything was high standard and people very nice to deal with and very helpful.

Location - few minutes walking from the train station and the main tourist attractions. Facilities - it has literally everything you might need, also the kettle 😁 The place is really beautiful.

I didn't like the fact that first I received a message that we have to collect the keys from the bar and on the day of the arrival it turned out that the bar was closed. Also it was difficult to open the lock. Another problem was one of the guests who kept waking us up in the middle of the night and calling the door (but this obviously is not the owner's fault)
