Alleen de locatie is perfect. Accomodatie viel tegen. Kamer is niet echt schoon. Er mist een douchewand in de douchecabine. Kluis werkte niet. Kamer heeft een renovatie nodig.

We kregen een upgrade maar dat stelde helemaal niks voor. Let op voor de waterkoker, die kan erg heet worden.

Location was excellent. It was nice to have a pool however it was very small and busy and we couldn't get a sun lounger so our eagerly anticipated dip in the pool had to be abandoned. Hotel Nord was very stylish with ovely areas to sit.

Unfortunately we couldn't get a drink around 6pm before we headed out for dinner as the only person on duty at reception said it was closed for the day. They appeared to be very short staffed. Also no complementary water in the rooms despite it being really hot during our stay.

We loved everything. Ice cold air conditioning. Great walking location for the old town. Wonderful recommendations and great restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed the pool and the pool service. The staff was kind and helpful always. We came back again on a subsequent visit as it is a great little place to stay. Don't hesitate.

A really lovely oasis in the heart of the beautiful city. Really handy for the old city. Tasteful decor and a lovely pool which was needed in the heat of the afternoon - very tranquil.

Everything, really! Totally exceed my expectations. The location is absolutely amazing, in the heart of the city centre, the staff was friendly & nice all the time. The size of the bedroom, bed & bathroom are 10/10. The poll is perfect, very quiet, doesn't feel you are in a city anymore! Perfect to relax on very hot days! I would say again & recommend to anyone going to Girona.

The room was very comfortable and totally quiet. Central location - only a few minutes walk to the old quarter with all it's attractions. The food was wonderful and the staff all very friendly and efficient. We'll definitely be back!

Room was beautiful and spotless! Staff was very very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was scrumptious. Location was excellent. The garden and pool were so peaceful.

Very central location, quiet street, staff helpful & pleasant

No bar, no bar service when sitting outside by pool and couldn't find the bar staff (receptionist had to stand in). Upgraded to junior suite which was nice, but it overlooked the open-air restaurant and they allowed guests to noisily talk there until well after 1am (until we complained)

Nice, modern hotel only a very short walk from the Old Town and a 10 minute cab ride from the station. The (upgrade) room was spacious and clean, nice bathroom and everything worked! Breakfast was very good too. The staff all spoke English and were very pleasant and helpful. A good choice.
