Great location. Beach access by way of a path. Beautiful house. Room to spread out and enough space for everyone to gather on one level. Beds were comfortable enough. House was clean. Some toiletries were provided, which was nice. Wish we were staying longer to really explore the area and enjoy the house.

Not much to complain about. Wish there more towels, 1 for body and 1 for hair. Wish things were labeled IE trash and recycling so that it is easier to follow check out procedures. Screens on the windows would be great. A warning sign about the stairs next to the door would be nice.

It was a beautiful home on the beach! Very relaxing with the sound of the ocean right there! We had a great time and will absolutely be staying there again!

Love the view, cleanliness, new appliances, and easy access to private beach. Beds were comfortable and had everything we needed to stay comfortably.

Hard to open sliding door and no light in the downstairs level due to the light fixture being broken by the previous renter.

It was sandy. The dryer had sand in it (sorry if someone else did this) and I did my best to clean up the mess in the dryer. The couches and the floor were also sandy. I also did my best to clean that up, too. I just hope you don't think we did it. We were very careful to keep the sand outside.

It doesn't get any better than this location, but it especially adds value to me with a person like Mark who was responsive to my texts even at almost midnight on the night In arrived to his home.. 1st class beach house and first class property manager all the way! I'll definitely take my family back this summer, assuming the rates don't go any higher.

I didn't like that I found this same exact property on the same exact nights for rent also on AirBNB for almost double the price I found on booking.com. I don't think that's any fault of the owner of the property, but more so Airbnb's shareholders being greedy. I would never book at those prices and I doubt I'll use AirBnb again after learning this important fact.

We couldn't have picked a better place. It was beautiful, clean, well equipped, with the most beautiful view and easy access to a wonderful beach (plus parking). The Fords were so easy to work with and accessible. My family kept complimenting us on a wonderful find. We also enjoyed the fire on the beach at night with smores--wonderful time.

A knife sharpener would have been helpful.
