Nice hotel, close to amenities

Clean, spacious. Bathroom was good. Nice size shower, water pressure, liquid soap/shampoo available on the wall. King suite room was nice. check-in was good. Staff very nice and helpful. Lobby was good. Coffee/breakfast good. Close to restaurants like First Watch, burger place, walking distance to Liquor store, McDonalds, close to highway and Walmart

Not really a knock, but it isn't necessarily very close to downtown or Glenwood area. About a 15-20min ride. Just important to know.

Not my expectations

Front desk staff was excellent. All staff were friendly and professional.

I experienced an issue with Booking.com which caused me to have to pay twice. We had to switch rooms because the first room had roaches and a horrible smell. I was asked to provide a photo which I felt was an accusatory question as if it wasn’t true. We received no housekeeping. I got my own towels and took trash out.

Nostalgic- this was a return trip. Stayed at the same hotel we did years ago. Loved it then, Love it now.

Overallit was a pleasant stay.

It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was nice.

Everything was ok except the foot rest in the shower broke when my boyfriend put his foot in it. It did not look like it was attached well in the first place.

liked the reception area , very cheerful decor. breakfast was very good . colors in the hallways and our bedroom were very dreary .
