Friendly staff
Misleading description. It mentions buffette and continental breakfast available. The name of the property is also confusing as there is an hotel with the same name across the street. You'd think is part of the same company

Good location, easy walk into the town. Room is a good size, kitchenette works nicely for light meals. Nice views. WiFi good. Aircon effective. Yossi was very helpful on check in.

Nice view from the balcony
Strong smell of an air freshener that covered other smells. The ac air in the living room smelled bad. Maybe the filter needs changed.

Place was good, things were functional and apartment was renovated.
There was a light smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment. Clothes absorbed that also. WiFi was bad. No deep plates. Cleaning was not done on a good level.

The room was well equipped.
We got stuck in the elevator for a minute on the first day. After this we used the stairs to be sure.

The size of the rooms were ok, but the appartment (and building) is much older and less beautifully decorated as the photos show.
Sea view was disappointing, we had a balcony with limited sight. Different from the apartment on the photos.
The pans in the kitchen were old, couldn't cook very well.

The location was excellent
There were some dirty marks on bedroom wall. The was a broken leg on the bedside table.there were some other minor problems that host quickly sorted out. Overall it did not appear that the property had been carefully inspected before our arrival.

Brand new apartment at lake side of Tiberias. Spacious, clean and well located close to roads exiting Tiberias. Including guarded parkingplace. Good host. We traveled in the area, did not visit city which we found not interesting.
The bed was hard

The flats are clean
The flats lack cuttleries, kitchen towels and utensils.
The bathrooms have no hook at all: impossible to hang a towel or anything.
We had two bedrooms: one of the closets couldn’t be opened so we couldn’t unpack our luggage (not cool when you intend to spend 4 nights!!!)
The flats are clean, yes. But the building and especially its surroundings are dirty!
The host is certainly willing to help, but many of the annoyings we had once in the flats give the feeling, these are not meant to make you feel comfortable but to bring in money!

The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were memory foam - excellent. The parking was free and undercover. The view is small but lovely. Reasonable walking distance from the shops.
The flat was quite small but enough for two people - we had to move out of each other's way. We needed to arrange for the dishes to be washed on our arrival, they were dirty and crumbs were in the cupboard - outside of that the flat was cleaned sufficiently.
