Sehr gute Lage, nahe der Autobahn und nur ein kurzer Weg ins Zentrum. Freundliches Personal es gab sogar einen Willkommensdrink. Parkgarage vorhanden und gutes Frühstück.

Zimmer sind recht klein und mit älteren Möbeln ausgestattet, aber alles funktioniert tadellos.

We really liked the breakfast offerings, and the staff at breakfast were lovely. The location was perfect.

Parking underground was really nice, but the spots were tight.

Location mainly but it also had a good set up

Nothing although the car parking situation wasn’t clear. I chose this because it stated car parking but when I arrived it was limited, needed to be prebooked, and none available. However there was free outdoor parking about a 5 min walk away.

The hotel's own secure parking was a real bonus. The room was lovely and the bed extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was a definite plus in the heat! The inside and outside bar were good to have, we can recommend the local beer! Breakfast was superb. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel's position was ideal for exploring Beaune and finding somewhere to eat. We'd highly recommend staying here.

Lovely and spacious room, the hotel is in close proximity to city centre and easy access from A7.

Limited choices for breakfast (more 3 stars standard), no fresh juice. There is only 33ml bottle of Evian water provided in the room for two people, no coffee machine offered.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location is great if you want easy walking access to the city center but also to easily head out to visit other sites in the area by car.

Sheets could be a little softer but were not an issue for me at all.

Clean central hotel, more modern than images show so a positive experience. Central location and own parking house made it very convenient. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Staff was able to secure taxi on holiday on short notice for a short ride because we had heavy luggage. She first offered to take us herself when she got off work!

Easy to drive to from the motorway. Parking. Friendly, helpful staff. Kettle in room plus snacks and water.

the property advertised secure parking. when i arrived the receptionist told me to go park 400m away in a public car park. i couldn’t leave my car in public car park as the main reason for booking was the secure on-site parking. i didn’t stay. told booking.com of issue and didn’t stay. the hotel kept my full fees and booking.com didn’t get me a refund. the hotel said we offered him public car park. i had a expensive car and it would be careless of me to leave it in a foreign country in a town i don’t know nothing about in a public car park. i couldn’t understand why the hotel kept my money and booing.com didn’t help me get it back. i would say that this hotel was very unreasonable and greedy when it came to returning my fees as it wasn’t suitable stay for me without on-site parking which was advertised as a facility at the hotel. why would you not return my fees. i have now contacted my bank who will have more position and will be easier to deal with than this hotel and booking.com who basically just repeated the hotels position and refused a refund. i didn’t even spend anytime in the hotel and from being aware of the parking situation i cancelled it within minutes. just pure greed and dishonest advertising. how can you keep someone’s fees when you sold me something with the most import reason for booking was not available not sure about other people but if you advertise on-site parking and then just dismiss the customer to go find public parking just seems not fair. not sure if parking is a good enough reason for people but for me it was the most importance

they refused to accept that they couldn’t offer me secure parking and suggested i should park in a public car park. that how your cars get stolen or left in insecure locations

Good location, close to the town centre and its facilities, like restaurants, bars etc., and a pick up point for the dinner at Clos de Vougeot

Upon entering the reception, on arrival, there was an unpleasant smell... In the bathroom, the toilet is TOO close to the door, and placed in very uncomfortable position...

It’s in a great location! room was comfortable and clean! the staff on reception were amazing! really helpful and knowledgeable!!
