first the first host ! Took us over an hour ! no one was at the lobby, the front desk guy make tree mistakes on the reservation ! We were so tired For the trip ! And was not helping. The room said was a ocean view and Partial oven view is the right description and for 3 day the television dose t work they sent 7 person till last two fix it that issue. Was a lady, I believe so is a supervisor , I spoke with her and she was so rude ! She offer change the room ! But the room was only one bed instead two, the oven view was total block, and had the worst attitude.

Elevator did not work throughout the day and night. Loud rooftop bar that stayed open until 11pm. Thin walls.

Facilities look old. Room was not look nice as a picture. Smaller than I thought as I booked deluxe room. Too much noise as party over night. And people ask to buy drug right in front at the hotel.

Unhelpful and indifferent staff. Fridge didn’t work. The room was rear facing although I booked a sea view. Waiting staff quite greedy in demanding tips.

Pretty much nothing. The whole place was a disaster. Our "rooms" were disgusting and unsecured. A lousy latch was our only protection from entrance from the balcony. It was easily pushed in. What a disaster!

From the second we got there there were problems. We were in 3 different rooms in 2 days. Double bed in the first room (my partner and I are grown men we booked a king). The desk attendant argued that this was what we booked. We did not! The next room began to smell like sewage shortly after we were moved from the first room. Our last room actually was OK. Not secure as mentioned above but it was actually the room I paid for. The one shown in the pictures. This establishment continually tried to put us in rooms that were sub-par from what we booked. ridiculous. And someone should tell Blue Chairs that a microwave and college size refrigerator do not make a "kitchenette". I have seen better set ups in a local Motel 6. Now let's talk about the drug dealers surrounding the hotel. Dealers in plain sight of the front desk. You could not leave without being harassed by them. Many of them, ALL THE TIME. I did not feel safe. Also the Hotel did nothing to discourage peddlers on the beach. You were harassed several times a minute to purchase everything from beads to Christal Meth. Disgusting Lastly the hotel was billed as an "adults only resort". The place was FULL OF FAMILIES!!!! Quite frankly, I would like my money back. I wish this was possible, hopefully this review will help others not to go to this hotel.
