It was a reasonable location for the office I was visiting. The staff were helpful when asked.

The location I was given when I booked was the location for another branch of the apartment complex. There was no help to transport me to the correct location and no explanation of why the location was wrong. The directions to the apartment were poor and it took a long time to find it. The apartment did not have a washing machine or a mini bar which were both advertised as facilities in the apartment. The apartment was not fully cleaned - there was hair in various places on the floor and furniture. There were also bits of rubbish on the floor. Whilst the staff were nice when asked for information they were otherwise not helpful or welcoming. Some information about the opening times of the cafe would have been useful - also times and process for servicing the apartment - e.g. cleaning. I did not have the apartment cleaned during my 4 night stay. Really it was disappointing experience.

location& cleanness

the price against single room is too high. there was a noise on first floor all night long.

I booked this hotel in the midst of Riyadh Season because of its price and location which was a rare find among skyrocketing and unreasonable hotel prices. It’s located next to nice breakfast spots and cafes as well as important highways.

Furniture is old and many of it is was damaged, even some light switches were broken. Rooms desperately need renovation and fixing. I saw people smoking in the lobby inside the hotel and the staff did not seem to care.
