Bed was comfortable, hotel centrally located and quiet.
Very dated bedroom and bathroom. Poor lighting in room. Slow Wi-Fi. Felt dark and dingy. Old room really needs renovating. Far too expensive for what you get.

This fabulous hotel in the center of the little town Kajaani was way beyond what I had expected. The staff was so friendly and helpful. My room was clean, very modern and the bed was extremely comfy. I really didn't want to leave. Lunch and dinner in the downstairs restaurant were outstanding. Something I would have expected to find in a big city.
Breakfast only ran through 8:30 on the morning that I left. It would have been nice if it was open through 10.

Breakfast was really good, room was nice, clean and warm. Excellent location - in the exact city centre.
My room was right above the restaurant, thus sometimes it was quite noisy. Unfortunately, one evening there was a someones christmas party that last until midnight. The music and the people was really loud. A warning from the hotel staff would be nice.

Great place to stay when in town. Sulos restaurant in ground floor is great too. Excellent and attentive staff!

Cleaniness: found big toenail clippings next to the bed.
Bathroom too small. Hard to dry youself in the shower, even with open door. Hand shower hose does not reach the toilet bowl.

Honest city hotel. Great breakfast, free bicycle and safety helmet.
Great location, could walk everywhere and cycle around nearby lakes enjoying unique location.
Think it got hotter during night— must switch down air conditioning overnight. Curtains not fully effective against early morning (as in 04.00) daylight.
