the staff was awesome. it’s a hidden Gem. very clean! renovating which even makes it better. and close to everything

The rooms were fresh within paint and the flooring was a good change from the usual carpet n the other hotels. Bathroom was well done with tiled shower.

Bathroom door should slide (on the outside of bathroom)instead of swinging into the bathroom. The rooms need some place to hang clothes. All pets designated to 1 floor. TV had scratches on it. Balcony door did not latch, only works with floor lock. Balcony accessible from next room.

they are in the middle of remodeling and the rooms smell a very loud turpentine or paint All the furniture in the room was very sticky

Front Desk had no clue what he was doing over charged my card then wanted me to try to use another card calling my phone endlessly telling me I need to come back to the Front desk to pay because it didn't go through but showed on my bank account it did and tried to say he didn't charge anything when the hotels name was clearly attached to the bank statement and he had to manually type my card it due to their "system not working"

My husband and I always like staying at this hotel when we come to Silver Beach. It's a little outdated, but the bar facility is a lot of fun and it's really close to everything in town.
