I liked the breakfast and the bed was firm.

The customer service representative couldn’t find our reservation. We had to call Booking.com and they straightened it out.

Nothing was above average

Room was not clean. Court yard and grounds were dirty. Did not receive my requested room. I received exactly what I didnt want. Did not offer anything by the staff. Breakfast was bad no pancakes in fact many things out of order. Everything was not up to average level

Breakfast was good. After we were moved the second day to a different room, the room was better.

We paid a lot for a standard king room. There was black mold in the bathroom- very visible. There was dust hanging from the ceiling over and around the bed. The air smelled very musty. We alerted the front office staff. We were told there was no room to move the first night. We were able to move to a different room the second night and it was better, however for as much as this hotel charges it needs a major renovation. We will not be staying here again.

Beds were nice, comfortable and clean.

Room decor was old and somewhat in disrepair.

I like that the whole process was smooth. Friendly staff, nice amenities.

The location is a bit away from things. Only a very small percentage of rooms have a view of the lake. Breakfast ends a little early.

Very close to the lake, 10 min drive from the beach. Very easy to get to.

Rooms felt outdated, bathroom tiles were all cracked, hole in chair upholstery in the room, stains in the carpet. Pool area wasn’t the cleanest

Bed and pillows were extremely nice. Room was a great size.

Breakfast wasn’t good. Items were not refreshed therefore tasted old and barely warm.
