Our family from Canada and Australia came together for a month to enjoy this beautiful home and location for a holiday. It was fantastic. The home was as advertised, as was the location. Absolutely fabulous and we would love to do this again. Sue R.

Coogee is a delightful place to stay, the beaches are amazing, clean and safe. The location of the property is a stone’s throw away from the beach and with easy access. It is a peaceful place for a holiday and close by to attractions or sightseeing around Fremantle. Step into this house and you instantly feel at home, spacious, bright and airy. The kids (toddlers) just loved it, plenty of room to move around and play. A fantastic place to stay.

Was beautiful spacious and spectacular view! Everything was very clean and felt like you were on holidays. Was very simple just satisfying for everyone’s needs. Would recommend new and matching cutlery though.

Our time at the North Coogee home was just lovely. My daughter was graduating as a new Dr - Veterinarian and the house was a wonderful quiet retreat from all the festivities. We were able to unwind & relax. The property view is spectacular, the pool refreshing and the house so very comfortable & clean. Our host was just amazing, she was there if needed and was so informative about the surroundings. We hope to come back to this home again away from home!!! Just a lovely stay!

‘Wow’ is what you say when you open the door and gaze at this fantastic property! My daughter, who lives in Coogee, was getting married and we needed a house for the family group of six, which had enough space for us all, had an extra bedroom so she could stay over the night before, room at the front for the wedding cars, in addition to looking impressive for photographs. This magnificent property ticked all the boxes, we obtained permission before leaving England from the friendly owners to have the bride prepare here as there had been damage to the property in the past. I enjoyed views over the Beach to the Indian Ocean, sipping my latte from Nespesso coffee machine, and laughed sending pictures to friends in rain sodden, gloomy England! The owners, who live, literally, across the road, were great to deal with and indeed, ordered extra sun beds for our party which came in handy beside the pool. They were also quick to respond opening the front door, when one of our family went to hospital with the house keys in pocket! They also arranged for my daughter to visit a few hours before our arrival to drop off some shopping, this proved useful as we later learned, despite our experience with other properties on previous holidays, essentials such as milk and bread are not included, please bear in mind if your flight is later in the day. We also appreciated there were enough spices in the drawers to set up an Italian restaurant! There are some other thoughtful touches, such as a picnic basket and an ‘Esky’ ( cool box to us English) which were great for picnic in Kings Park. There were some minor issues with shower heads, that needed descaling, and plumbing issues with the dishwasher but these did not detract from enjoying the holiday. An area of slight disappointment was that neither the televisions in the theatre room or the living room had Netflix or similar so we were forced to occasionally watch some Australian television, not a problem as you do not go on holiday to watch, however, it felt as if this was lagging behind the modernity of the rest of the house. It is within walking distance of beaches and a small shopping precinct, and some coffee houses, although we hired a car to go further. It is equally suited to people who want a quiet holiday ( notwithstanding noisy building work on house opposite at time of our visit in November 2022), or as a base for travelling further.

Spacious house and in a great location for our family holiday. Comfy beds, enough space with a sheltered pool area and beautiful ocean views and sunsets. It was great being wi walking distance to the ‘kid’ beach and coffee shops. Owners were close by, and they were great at communicating when a couple of things needed attention. We all had a fabulous holiday!

Such a wonderful family getaway in a picturesque location. Waking each morning to a view of the ocean and ending the day watching the sunset was magic. The property is a short walk away from cafes, playgrounds and groceries but with all that the property offers, including the beautiful Chelydra Park on the doorstep, there’s really no need to leave. We loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay. A group of us came over from America for my wedding and it truly was a dream house to stay in for 12 days. The view, pool and the house were all amazing. There is even a semi-private beach nearby! The master suite is so luxurious and all the rooms were beautifully styled and very comfortable. We loved the outdoor kitchen area and cooked many times while enjoying the sunset. My husband and I stay in the North Coogee area often when we come back to Perth - it's our favorite place to be. Away from the busyness of Fremantle but close enough to get there by bus or uber. The only negative would be the air conditioning, it's a shame you can't cool the whole house down, you need to split it between levels. This was really only an issue on the day I got ready for my wedding, as upstairs was very hot putting my dress on as we had the air conditioning set for downstairs. But overall, not a big deal. Normally you wouldn't be allowed events or parties, but the owner kindly allowed me to have my girls over to get ready the day of. It was absolutely amazing for photos and the best day ever and best vacation ever. We hope to stay there again some day and relive some great memories! Thank you for having us, Karen!

Had a wonderful stay at this property for 5 nights for a 60th birthday. The house is immaculate just as it looks in the photos and has stunning views. Conveniently located close to a small shopping centre.

Great location. Big open house. Lovely pool but not used as weather was very cold. Very large living area. Great barbie area. Big kitchen. Things that let our weekend down in the house. 2 sliding doors need maintenance extremely hard to open and close. 2 other sliding doors were perfect. The heating system was turned by the owner when we arrived, when we returned from being out to dinner we discovered it was not working and we had two nights of 3 degrees this was not very pleasant especially with 2 young kids. We informed the owner and they came and had a look but could not get it sorted. They got some contractors in on the Saturday but also failed to fix the problem, which ment we had a very cold house all weekend . This heating system should have being checked before we arrived. There was a gas heater in the living area and the only room we could use comfortably. We put a heavy doona cover on the bed the first night but were not happy to see a yellow stain on it. We also picked up a hand towel in the lower bathroom which a red lipstick streak left on it. Not what you would like to find when you rent a holiday home. While the kitchen was big and had two cookers there was no cooking trays, this was a let down as we were going to bake cup cakes with our grandkids. We went to the supermarket and had to buy some aluminum trays to cook a roast dinner. The toilet in the kids bathroom was continuous running wasting water. For the cost of hiring a house like this you would expect the heating to be working, and the rest of the not so big problems fixed. Regards Jim Walsh

This property is absolutely lovely!! The pictures do not do it justice. The house has amazing views and was sparkling clean. It’s also located in a great family friendly area. We hope to visit again. :)

Three of us gathered here from three different states (although we could have had many more) and had the best time. The home is large and luxurious - well appointed - and we loved the indoor/outdoor area spending most of our time between there and the pool. Karen was also fantastic to deal with. Perfect for short or longer term getaways - hopefully we will be back one day

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cooggee at this property. Amazing location views and beaches, combined with a property that is stunning in features, amenities and design. Luxury indeed, all the mod cons included, we really felt pampered by this property. We were a large family group of 8, this property was more than adequate for that number of people, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. If we are to head back to Perth In future, we’d be looking to book again!

Would highly recommend staying here. The home was in excellent condition and very clean. Was well stocked of everything needed and more. The hosts were amazing to work with our weird schedules on arriving. Beautiful location. Everything was great!
