Sehr nette Begrüßung durch Michele dem Eigentümer. Schönes im italienischen Stiel eingerichtet Apartment im 3. OG, mit wunderschöner großer Dachterrasse. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche gekühlter Weißwein bereit. Wir hatten jeden Tag ein gratis Fitnesstraining, durch das Treppensteigen. Das Futonbett war durch die Höhe ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig. Parkplatz in der Nähe in einer Tiefgarage vorhanden. Tipp: Für Menschen die gerne sehr gut, typisch einheimisch essen gehen „Ristorante Mondo E Luca, Via Goffredo Mameli, 101“. Ganz in der Nähe des Apartment´s. Gleich um 20.30 Uhr hin gehen, da meistens sehr voll, oder vorher reservieren.

Très bel appartement , très bien situé au centre ville avec une place de parking très appréciable ! De même pour la terrasse ! Très bien equipé . Accueil très sympathique de la part de Michele ; Une seule envie : y retourner !

We very much enjoyed staying in this delightful apartment.  It was very comfortable and  in such a good position.  Michele was very quick to respond to any questions we had beforehand and was there to meet us when we arrived. His help and recommendations were really useful. We enjoyed being so close to everything, but also loved the fact that the apartment was so quiet.   The roof terrace was fantastic and we spent every evening after getting back from dinner, sitting there with a drink.  There were so many restaurants nearby that it was difficult to choose which to go to, so Michele's recommendations were very helpful.  We hired a car for three days to explore a little more of the island and were very glad that a garage was available to us as parking in the city seems very difficult.  The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We will certainly recommend it to friends and hope to come back ourselves some time.

We really felt at home in this appartment during our holidays. Fantastic roof terrace! Very useful parking. Perfect place for 1 couple & 2 children. Nice memories... Bye

Very beautiful appartment! We stayed there for 4 Weeks and felt homelike. Michele e Elena are very kind hosts, always accessible and very friendly and helpful. The apparment is well furnished and you find everything you need. There is a wunderful and spacious terrace, well furnished with a big table and also with a lounge. We enjoyed the terrace every morning with our breakfast. There is also a great „homecinema“ in the appartment with a big television and dolby-surround speakers and DVD. To get to he appartment you have to climb about 50 steps of stairs, but that’ll keep you in shape. There was even a garage for our car near the appartment, without any extracharge! The appartment is well situated with a lot of bars, restaurants, stores and shops around. and also only 2 min. walkt to the famous piazza Yenne, where you’ll find a nice mix of local people, students and trouists. It was already the second time at Michele´s apartment and it was as good as before. The location is perfect, you don´t need a car to go out in the evening. You can reach Poetto beach in a few minutes by car. The big plus is the huge roof terrace where you can relax and enjoy the sun. Ci ha piaciuto molto, non ci ha mancato niente, nenmeno il collegamento internet, era pulito e veramente vivino al centro. Pecato che il vento ha soffiato senza pausa!!! Dovremmo ritornaci per godere un po' de quel meraviglioso terrazo. E il vino e i dolci che Michelle ci ha lasciato per assagiare ci hanno piaciuto molto. Purtropo le scale sono trope, prendete cura di non portare le valiglie tropo pesante!!!

Cagliari annonce 869511 superbe appartement excellent pour notre famille de 4 personnes . une tres belle terrasse . le quartier est très accueillant surtout la dame de l épicerie d en face . Super resto dans la même rue le crakers .Le garage est franchement indispensable car pas nécessaire de prendre le véhicule nous nous sommes beaucoup balader a pied car tout est a côté ( rue commerçante . Tour de l éléphant , musée archéologique, château, église, port ) et n oublions pas l accueil du propriétaire excellent enfin tout était parfait et nous recommandons très vivement cet appartement décoré avec goût .

We have spent a wonderful week in this perfectly located apartment. It is very good equipped, clean and comfortable. On the big roof terrace we could enjoy the sun from dawn till dusk. Only a few steps away you find everything you need, from shopping to vibrant life / nightlife in Cagliari. Michele is a very friendly and caring host. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your lovely apartment! Everything was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed! Thank you to Michele for showing us round and the bottle of wine and Sardinian sweets left for us! The terrace was beautiful and we enjoyed using it for aperitifs and dinner! The garage was just round the corner and having a car was really handy for exploring the area. Michele was quick to respond to all of my questions before our arrival and was on hand and waiting for us when we arrived. Overall, excellent apartment, friendly welcome and unbelievable value! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone visiting Cagliari. It is close walking distance to the centre, but far enough from the tourist spots to feel like you are experiencing real Sardinian life :) Thank you so much, Katherine, Phil, Tom and Amber.

Very clean and comfortable apartment with everything you need. There are convenience stores directly opposite. The roof terrace and parking are big plusses, do not expect exceptional views from the terrace but it is a fantastic area to have so close to town. Be warned about the staircase it is very steep so not for the faint hearted, and not easy with heavy luggage. These are not negative points just facts you should be aware of, would certainly not hesitate in recommending to anybody considering a stay in Cagliari.

Apartment is located in the old town of Cagliari. Very good and comfortable rooms, beautiful, spacious Terrace overlooking the rooftops of the Old Town. Terrace with outdoor furniture and garden arbor, you can use the grill. Shops and cafes directly at the apartment. Pleasant and hospitable owners. There is a parking garage. The advantage is that each room has Conditioner, which can heat up or cool down the premises. There is always hot water. A good and enjoyable holiday!

From the moment we arrived at the house we loved everything about our stay! The house had all of the necessities that in holiday are needed. The Owner met us and walked us through the house, explaining everything we needed to know. The best feature of the house is the amazing private Terrace - a definite plus for a relaxing holiday. The house is well located and it is easy to get around. We spent an excellent stay in the house. We found the house very well maintained and VERY clean. Excellent location and house I highly recommend it, everything said about the house and location turned out to be completely true. We hope to be back soon!
