Richard the owner was a great host, the accommodation was clean, functional and comfortable. It’s all about the location though. 50m from SuperMorzine gondola and 250m from Le Pleney Gondala and a stones through from the towns high street with all the bars restaurants and cafes

Richard our host was very welcoming and explained us all the details of the flat and the ski room, security etc.
The chalet is centrally located just between Pleney (very close but with all ski gear, better take the little yellow train that stop 50 meters away from chalet) and SuperMorzine (3 minutes walking !!!). Lots of sunshine in the balcony during the morning makes it very pleasant for a relaxed family breakfast. Short walking distance from supermarket and others shops. parking available within the chalet premises. Large lounge/kitchen. Coming back next year for sure!

The Chalet Feufy was in an ideal location for ski lifts as well as for shopping and evening activities. The apartment was spacious but classed as a two bedroom there were two single beds and one sofa bed in the lounge which was too small for two adults. It would be much better to have a proper bed in the main living space to accommodate families and groups in more comfort.

Booking terms are changed as soon as you book. No free cancellation etc... They require full payment and or deposit before the free cancellation period stated on booking.com
You are expected to clean but there's only a Hoover. No cloths, no mop (I asked twice), no washing up liquid, no dishwasher tablets, no sponges etc.
A deposit was taken off me and 50 euros kept for cleaning charges after we cleaned for 2 hours with what we had. I'm sure they would have cleaned between changes anyway. Had I known I would not have cleaned at all.

Brilliant traditional French chalet. Richard is lovely. Location is superb.

location is excellent! in the centre of Morzine and right next to the super Morzine gondola. easy to find.
Even though card information is taken through booking.com everything is paid in cash on arrival. Total+linen+tourist tax+€200 deposit. we got the deposit back at the end of our stay however are now left with €200 cash back in the UK

Great location, close to the gondola, in the centre of Morzine. The appartment was very spacious compared to most accommodations in the French ski areas. Also very clean. Richard was a good and helpfull host.
The futon in the living room is not suitable for adults, too small and short. Also the cushions and blankets are due for replacement.

The apartment is situated in an excellent location. 50 m from the center, 80 m from the ski lift to Portes de Soleil - Avoriaz and 150 m from the ski lift on the other side of the resort. In addition, there is a train directly in front of the house, which will transport you throughout the center of Morzine gratis. The bus stop is only 25 m from the house.
The bakeries with excellent baguettes is behind the corner. Basically it is also usually accommodation that does not inspire or disappoint as well.
Although more than 70% of the guests are English speaking tourists, the owner does not understand English. It needs to be prepared for this. It is difficult to agree with them. It is also necessary to always be prepared to take a deposit for cleaning even when you hand over the the clean rooms.
And it is necessary to expect that you will not receive any proof of payment even if you ask for it.
